Pleasant
Very polite staff. Location is good to reach all by public transport or walking (if you like longer walks). Breakfast good selection.
I can evaluate only for room 207:
During my stay the exhaust fan was not working although we reported it several time to the staff..was not repaird
The bathroom is overall worn out, not maintained. At the shower cabin was dirt in the joints of the tiles and the edges of the door... everywhere black dirt or even fungus! Furniture in the room looked quit worn out and sticky. The overall cleanliness need improvement. Seems there is very seldom a check done
by the management!
I am expecting for a 4star rated Hotel not such issues!

Really enjoyed my time at Hotel Louis Leger. I was able to check in an hour early and even got a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. The room was a good size for just me, and while the window didn’t close fully, it didn’t bother me at all.
What I liked most were the little extras—the staff were friendly and I even got a fridge magnet when checking out.
The only thing I’d improve is the noise from the inner yard. They were taking the bins out around 5am, which was a bit loud.

very good location, 10 minutes to everything by walking, metro is also very close
Historic building.
We had a problem with free parking. We parked according to hotels rules and in a designated place. Then the local police came, blocked the car from driving and charged us about 20 EUR. However, the hotel took care about the costs.
Still, some delay because of that.

Room 310 was spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant, but what truly made our stay memorable was the hotel staff – exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help.
The entire hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfasts are fresh and delicious, and the free parking near the hotel, as well as the Prague Pass card, are a great bonus.
The location is also excellent – within walking distance of the National Museum and the Old Town, and just a short walk to the Pod Karlovem tram stop, which makes getting around the city very convenient.
