very good location, 10 minutes to everything by walking, metro is also very close
Historic building.
We had a problem with free parking. We parked according to hotels rules and in a designated place. Then the local police came, blocked the car from driving and charged us about 20 EUR. However, the hotel took care about the costs.
Still, some delay because of that.

I expected much wider choice for breakfast. It's decent but nothing special.

Room 310 was spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant, but what truly made our stay memorable was the hotel staff – exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help.
The entire hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfasts are fresh and delicious, and the free parking near the hotel, as well as the Prague Pass card, are a great bonus.
The location is also excellent – within walking distance of the National Museum and the Old Town, and just a short walk to the Pod Karlovem tram stop, which makes getting around the city very convenient.

Extremely professional, polite and supportive personell together with fantastic location and clean and comfortable rooms combined with reasonable pricing are very strong assets of that hotel. Perfect base if you visit Prague for sightseeing.
Lack of hotel parking lot for large car - hotel pays for your parking in public spaces around which are numerous although quite crowded and you need to put attention to not to park in reserved public parking spots which sometimes is tricky in Prague. Another thing worth to be improved is the coffe served during the breakfast - small thing but makes the difference

Our room was really nice and clean. Bathtub was great for our toddler.
We thought, it was a bit closer to the city centre. Room was a bit noisy in the evening. You can access the reception via stairs only, there is no solution for strollers or wheelchairs, at least we didn’t find any.

They accept pets,the cat loved it the most,clean rooms, nice people,free parking and other small stuff that made it very convenient
The breakfast line is something you should really consider when booking a room with breakfast included,we didn't and maybe it was for the best,but I heard the food is really good soooooo it's something to think about

Good location, clean, excellent breakfast ( except for cakes which were quite older and sturdy). Nice personnal.
Only missing airconditioning in the summer is big disadvantage but we were informed about this.

Great stay/stopover after 15 hours of driving, exceptional service. Good customer services and polite, helpful staff. Children were provided with candies and souvenirs. Definitely felt valued and definitely return again. Thank you for looking after us.
