Staff was very friendly and sorted our parking. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean.
The hotel provides free Prague pass.
Located on the extremely busy street it was very noisy and the air polluted. Hotel does not have air conditioners but giant fan who actually made the situation worse. They are providing ear buds… otherwise impossible to sleep.
The hotel is so old the door hanger broken and my husband had to call staff to fix it.

The facility was an old building with many stairs, but considering that it's in a historic district, this is understandable.
The staff were also very friendly and attentive, so I didn't feel that was a drawback.
The room was clean and items were replenished quickly and accurately.
The breakfast in particular was so good and the selection was perfect.
I would like to come again. Thank you.

It was lovely historical building
It was very hot but being such an old building I understand. They did provide the fan to cool down and you were able to open the window.

The staff is outstanding, The room was big and the location was good.
The mattress in the room 210 is extremely soft. This need to be changed. Also, I read reviews that the breakfast is excellent, but I would say that it is acceptable, no excellent…

Location is excellent as far as visiting the Old Town using public transport. Comfort and very friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts.
No AC, just the ventilator snd the room got really stuffy. This was the only drawback.

Stay was very pleasant, the hotel provides a great support to guests not only within the hotel but with extra services in city.
The staff are absolutely magnificent, especially Ritta and Jamyla at the reception, which were a great help to navigate in the city.
Would highly recommend visiting and will definitely return to the same place

Friendly, pleasant, always helpful and excellently explaining everything to the staff. Clean. Large comfortable bed.
Everything is fine, except that the sound insulation from the main street is poor and there is no air conditioning, but there is a fan, but it works a little loudly.
