Very good location, close to trams. 20 min from old town. Service is excellent, we really enjoyed staying here.

It was close to city center. 12 minute walk till National museum.
We were living on the top floor - it was quite hot during the night, even though average daily temperature was up to 20 degree of Celsius. No conditioning system in the room. In the evening the room was getting too dark - not enough lighting.
And if you would tad bit late to breakfast - you’ll have to wait table would be available.

Everything was perfect! The room was very spacious, the amenities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. We received free coupons for a welcome drink and discounts at the bar, and there was even complimentary wine waiting for us in the room. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the coupons. I will definitely stay here again!

That it was close to the city center and had very good facilities and excellent cleanliness.
The parking lot inside the hotel was very small and we had to park the car outside the hotel, even though the hotel staff had said to park outside, we would coordinate with the police and there was no need to pay for parking.

- the welcome desk staff is very friendly and helpful, we received a lot of information, a City card with discounts and other gifts.
- the welcome wine and letter from manager.
- the breakfast (plenty of food varieties, good coffee, friendly staff).
- central location with easy access to city center of local markets.
- the large rooms with comfortable beds and pillows.
- the hotel needs a little bit of refreshment.

Has big family rooms. Breakfast quite good with various meals. Location is not very far away from old town.
Hotel does not have its own parking only few places where only narrow cars can park. But you can park on the streets around hotel and hotel pays for it. Unfortunately you are risking to get your car damaged.

Big size room and bathroom, welcoming wine and cookies in the room, room was cleaned each day and towells were changed. Breakfast is excellent, but if it is crowded than you need to wait for the table. Position of the hotel is good, few minutes to the metro or to take a walk to the center and enjou suroundings while walking. Staff in the hotel is very kind.

Room was good, big enough and bed was comfortable. We were on a high floor so could not hear any noise from the road. Staff is the best thing of the hotel. They gave us a voucher for a rooftop drink in a hotel nearby, plus a bottle of wine in the room on arrival and a glass of prosecco in the evening. Lovely stay and good value for money
