Excellent breakfast, homely atmosphere, perfect service thanks to Alina. We can't wait to come again...
when we booked the accommodation, it said including taxes and charges, but when we arrived, we paid another 12e for the city tax at the reception. We received information that this is the case in all hotels in Prague...then why does it say including taxes and charges if you pay extra?

The staff was very kind and polite, ready to help us with everything we needed. The room was very nice and clean, looking like in the photos and waiting for us with a nice bottle of wine. The hotel is well located, close to the main attractions.We enjoyed also the excellent breakfast (a variety of options) and the free parking. We really enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you very much!

We had such a comfortable & relaxing stay! Everything was so clean & I LOVED the historical ambience. The staff were extremely nice, helpful & available 24/7, the cost was super affordable & the free parking included was a definite bonus. The breakfast available 7am-11am was delicious & included such a variety of food/drink options. Our waitress Alina was especially kind.
Everything to do & see is within walking distance from the hotel. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place to stay in Prague.

Excellent location, excellent breakfast, clean rooms with large bathrooms, very kind, english speaking employees, like Alina. Perfect choice.
Only the bed was too soft for my sleeping taste.

It is situated in very convenient location, weather you are just traveling or exploring the Prague. Staff was friendly and we got a lot of welcome gifts. Language was a bit of a issues, there were some misunderstanding but it was overcome in few minutes.
Room lighting was very poor. There were no ceiling lights. But that is just a minor thing.
