I spent 5 nights at this hotel and honestly, it was a wonderful stay from start to finish. The room was clean, spacious and had everything I needed. Whenever I had a question or a small issue, someone was always there to help right away, thanks to the 24-hour reception.
Breakfast was probably my favourite part of the whole stay: there was such a wide variety, from sweet to savoury to drinks, and every morning brought fresh homemade cakes along with so many other options to choose from (plant-based milk and gluten-free options available).
The location was great too, just a short walk from tram and metro stops. If you're using public transport, I'd recommend downloading the PID Lítačka app to easily check routes and buy tickets. I didn't have a car myself, but I noticed the hotel also has parking available on-site for those who do.
Overall, I felt genuinely welcomed, and it made the whole trip feel comfortable and enjoyable.

A very convenient place to stay in Prague, especially if arriving by car. Access from the main roads was extremely easy, and once parked we could leave the car and explore the city by public transport. I. P. Pavlova is about a 5-minute walk away, with easy tram connections towards Prague Castle and the centre. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby.
Our room was spacious, with high ceilings, clean and comfortable. There is no air conditioning, which can be noticeable on hot summer days, but the powerful fan worked well for us and we slept comfortably. Our room faced the street, so very noise-sensitive guests may want to keep that in mind.
Breakfast was excellent, with a very good range and quality. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth.
One useful point for anyone arriving with a larger car... the hotel entrance gate is quite narrow. Our Hyundai Santa Fe could not fit through it, but the hotel has a temporary stopping place near the entrance for check-in and then provided us with free private parking a little farther away. Reception guided us there without any problem.
A particularly nice touch was the small gift bag we received at checkout with wine, water and a few other items.
We would happily stay here again.

The rooms are spacious and very well maintained and clean. Also, I liked the corridor layout, so the rooms are located mid-floor, which is more interesting than regular hotel corridors. The staff was very friendly and explained everything in great detail. I really appreciated the welcome and goodbye gifts. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main sights. The rooms, at least those facing the inner courtyard, were very quiet.
Although the bathroom area is very spacious, the shower cabin is quite claustrophobic. So maybe it is possible to install slightly larger cabins.

The staff was very helpful and friendly (special thanks to Aleksandr at the front desk), the room was comfortable and clean. We even got a bottle of sparkling wine as a gift despite staying there for only one night. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious. We found the private parking space especially helpful.
You have to manouver carefully through the gate with your car to get to the private parking spaces, but with a car of average width, it is manegable.
