The hotel is near the old town and offers free parking for the whole trip. The staff at the reception is super friendly and they offer so much extras, thank you very much! The breakfast is definitely worth taking it. They offer vegan and gluten free options, it was delicious. Also we received a package with some water for our ride back home.

I really liked how extremely kind and helpful the staff has been to us. We could park our car in the yard for free. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks upon arrival as we were playing a game of chess. The breakfast was amazing, too! Thank you, Louis Leger hotel!?

There is no AC and it was hot in the room, opening windows would bring street noise (street is quite loud with cars).

The staff were very nice and I loved how old the building was.
Unfortunately, the elevator was broken. My room was right next to the stairs, which were a huge echo chamber. Everyone going up and down and talking echoed so loud in my room. Also it felt a little like a hostel in that there were large teenage school groups staying in the hotel. It made me realize that I need to spend a little more money to get a more quiet hotel!

The included parking made a huge difference for us. Pay attention to your car’s width, as it should be less than 180 cm. For larger cars, street parking is available. The hotel is secure, the breakfast is good, and the staff is helpful. The location worked well for us, although it’s about a 10–15 minute trip to Prague’s city center.
The fee for dogs is too high, and for that price nothing is provided: no bowl, no dog bed, nothing.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The building itself is beautiful and full of character, located in a stunning historic property that adds a special atmosphere to the experience. One of the nice advantages was that hotel guests could receive discounts at some attractions and points of interest in Prague, which was very convenient during our visit. The parking facilities were also very helpful, especially when traveling by car. Additionally, the staff was kind and supportive, assisting us whenever we needed help. Overall, a lovely place to stay in Prague.

Hotel blizu centra, tramvajska stanica u blizini, doručak fantastičan iako treba doći dosta ranije jer navodono iza 9 sati postoji mogućnost čekanja da se stol oslobodi na što upozorava i sam hotel, besplatan parking u krugu hotela ili u blizini hotela, osoblje stvarno uslužno i ljubazno, wifi sasvim solidan, čistoća sobe je odlična
U sobi za četvero nažalost samo jedan ormar, pa smo većinu stvari držali po koferu

Briefly, the hotel did not meet our expectations.
On the positive side, the staff were excellent and clearly doing their best, and the location is quite good.
However, the breakfast experience was very disappointing. The breakfast area is far too small, and we had to wait at least 25–30 minutes to get a table, which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. Even though we had a reserved time slot, it made no difference — we still had to wait. The selection of food was very limited, and due to the lack of space, items were placed in very small portions and ran out quickly.
Regarding parking, while the hotel advertises it, in reality you are asked to find street parking yourself (even if it is paid for), which is not the same as having actual on-site parking.
Additionally, the windows are old and cannot be opened for proper ventilation.
Overall, we are unlikely to choose this hotel again for a future stay.

The hotel is authentic and exceptional, not pretentious. The venue is offering you a time traveling experience. But the staff is the heart and the soul of this place - polite, smiling and respectful. The gestures they made from day 1 to our check out make us feel special and welcomed in Prague.

We really liked the exceptional professionalism and kindness from the staff as well as the delicious food from the buffet and cleanliness of the room
Parking was a bit of trouble as the hotel parking entry was too narrow for our Audi A6 and the other recommended parking was completely full. The staff was able to resolve the issue and allowed us to park on the street.
The other issue was with the water temperature in the shower, which would constantly change between hot and cold water.
