The manager is exceptionally helpful. Breakfast is one of the best we’ve experienced. A small, intimate setting steps away from a Tram 22 stop. Easy walk to the castle complex and beyond.
Signage could be improved. We asked directions after getting off the tram, but some shopkeepers could not help.

The property is in a great location. If you enjoy old world charm, this is a place to stay. The staff were really thoughtful and prepared breakfast bags for us for the next as we were leaving early. Would definitely stay again. Parking was a plus not too far from the hotel.

Truly a gem of a hotel. I chose it because of the beautiful ceilings in our room and it did not disappoint! Great location. Right by the castle and monastery as well as public transportation. Breakfast was lovely and staff was amazing.
Room was a bit cramped with all the furniture, but, I don't know what I would have removed to make it a little less crowded as it was all needed.

Perfect tranquil spot close to the castle. Both hosts were wonderful during my stay. Lovely breakfast. The building has a rich history and a serene courtyard and gate. Highly recommended.

The hotel was lovely. The location was better than we could have hoped for. The staff was friendly. The room was cute. Breakfast was delicious. Choosing Loreta Hotel was one of the best choices we made on our trip!
I can't think of much to complain about. The bathroom had poor ventilation and the shower was small to fit the space. There was a gap at the bottom of the shower door that allowed water to escape into the bathroom.

It was on a nice quiet street for sleeping. We were in a car parking was also nearby.
Walking around was easy you are at the top of the hill. So walking to most things are up and down hill :)

Peter who was responsible this week was just excellent . I liked the location the fact that it is away from the tourists traps, the breakfast and the atmosphere .
The fact that by 4:00 PM there is no one to talk to .You have a number to call and in my case Peter was very resposive, but basically you are on your own .There is no lobby or a place to be outside your room beside the garden , but if it is called you cant stay there . Also, there iOS no kettle in teh room to make tea or coffee outside breakfast hour. However when I asked for one I got it.

P.S If you need a place to get lunch or dinner nearby go to St.Martin!!!

It is an older house and the decoration somewhat felt cheap and kitschy. Otherwise it was ok.

-Absolutely outstanding service! Everyone was so nice and helpful
-Perfect breakfast in wonderful atmosphere
-The location! Quick to get to the city centre on foot or by tram, but also very quiet at night
-I loved the beds! Never had a better sleep in a hotel. Great mattress and a selection of pillows, that I'm tempted to ask for where they buy them
It would be nice to have electrical outlets next to the bed, but that's all

Perfect location. Quirky characterful building. Quiet whilst being so accessible. Beautiful bedroom ceiling.
