Wonderful
Beautiful authentic location next to monastery with great views. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was great and bed were very comfortable.
Really not about the hotel but if you are walking be ready for a workout walking back up the hill on Uvoz, but this is the price for the amazing views.

The so called parking basically does not exist uou pay extra for parking which they informed you of, but only has limited number and trying to get standard 4 dr sedan was difficult.

The breakfast was a disappointment. Apparently, it was not included. This was not communicated well on the website. The communication from the staff was not correct (and even a little condescending), which resulted in me receiving a bill of CZK 570 afterward for a little bowl of yogurt and a coffee .... The cappuccino came from a machine instead of being homemade. You would expect that at that price. The fruit didn't look very fresh either.

Professional check-in. Pleasant, comfortable and clean room with bath tub. Comfortable kingsize bed (not separated in the middle). Good building materials, nice furniture and airco heater. Good breakfast.

The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the pillows as well. Breakfast was excellent, big buffet with lots of choice and most importantly laid out in a logical order, i.e. easy to find the plates and knives and forks.
Setting the Aircon to the temparature I wanted in the room was impossible. I set the aircon to auto, and at 5:30 in the morning I woke up and the room was boiling, 30 degrees. So I had to open the window and outside it was -6 degrees. Aircons in hotel rooms are generally a problem no matter where I stay, so this is basically par for the course. Someone should invent a user friendly hotel aircon interface.... they'd make millions.
If you're going to use the sauna or spa, there are only 4 loungers, just something to keep in mind when you use the sauna, when I was there it got pretty full with 6 people, luckily I was finished with my session so it didn't affect me but others would've been without a lounger.

Location was spectacular near Prague Castle and Strahov Cloisters. There were a couple of great restaurants nearby and an easy 20 minute walk into Prague city center. Staff was very nice and helpful

location - quiet and beautiful area. lots of eating places near by. Staff were lovely. Bed was comfortable.
the room was too warm - it was October and the AC had been switched to winter heating mode so we couldn't use it to cool the room and we had a ground floor room and were a little worried about having the window open at night. Piped music outside the entrance was annoying as you passed by (and particularly for our friends who had a room overlooking that area - it started early and finished late!)
