Very nice service !! Homemade Christmas cakes in the room, free Christmas tea and free glass of wine during the day. Besides that a very well made Christmas Eve Dinner Menu. Professional staff in reception, bar and restaurant, but always with a smile. The hotel also gave out a gift for Christmas Eve. It's very important that the guests are given or experiences something, that they don't expect. It can be anything and doesn't have to be expensive. We lived in the beautiful Bellevue suite from the 24th to the 26th of December 2025. Fantastic bed and nice to have a bath top. The rooms and the hotel in general were very clean. One of the best hotel experiences ever, not only in Prague but also compared to other 5 star hotels abroad.

Having to pay for sauna which should be included for paying guests especially.. very disappointing and also no lights on in gym 2 times I went to gym and have go back upstairs to ask for lights

The staff were exceptional, especially Sabina, who is truly a remarkable person. The room cleanliness was excellent, and the housekeeping team delighted us every day with new figures made from bed linen and towels.
I recommend the sauna and the massage. The staff are very professional and extremely attentive to your needs.

The first day, my room had no heating and the boiler started late the day after the staff helped and changed my room on the 2nd day which was a great help.

All good. Special mention is the gentleman who leads the breakfast area (sorry I forgot your name). He was so kind and watchful of everyone needs, giving attention to the details for the customers. Thank you ?
Initially we were given a sub standard room with moulding in the toilet, and around the bath tub, there were marks all around. Once I complaint, they immediately made adjustments and gave us the suite.
Just a suggestion, the housekeeping or the room services lead should check the room before giving it to the customer.

The location was good.
The bed confortable.
People was nice
The gym, was deteriorated. not enough water, early in the morning no light at the bathroom, the elliptical was old and not working well, the same with one of the treadmills.

I got the extra service of flower and prosecco (paid service) and the guest relation manager Sabina was super nice, she asked me what flower we would like and went to the shop the check in day in the morning. Very happy about it.
And the check in staff (a lady, forgot her name) was super friendly and nice to us when we checked in. Felt welcomed thanks to her.
The room smells so nice, view was so nice, you can see the whole prague postcard view from there.
We got the room with the czech artist actually painted in the room. Which for me was surprising that they are really an "art" hotel, unlike other hotel which claimed to be art hotel but there's nothing artsy about it.
Location wise I would not say it's the best, it's in city centre but not very easy to access.
There was some unpleasant experience during my communication with the hotel chatbot on booking.com when trying to book for my extra service. Was quite upset about it but Sabina handled it well so I do hope the hotel will improve that communication part on the chat bot.
