Fantastic hotel located in a perfect location just out enough from the main tourists areas to make it comfortable . there is ample trams and buses to take you where you need to go or you can walk to the main drag in 20 minutes. The breakfast was superb with plenty to choose from . The staff except for one were very nice

Wonderful
Stunning hotel in a great location. Facilities were great & staff accommodating & friendly. Breakfast was superb!
Considering Prague is known for its beer, there is only 1 beer available at the hotel bar & even then the dispensing machine did not work during one night of my stay.

The first day, my room had no heating and the boiler started late the day after the staff helped and changed my room on the 2nd day which was a great help.
The facility heating can be old for winter weather

The building is really luxurious and fancy. Breakfast is good but hopefully they can open the back garden . Their view from the garden seems to be spectacular.
The cover that protects the water from spilling out from the bathtub seems not so helpful. The management should consider the old method which using a bath curtain instead. I know that this might not good for the aesthetic of the bathroom but this will save from the water spilling out the bathtub.

Definitely it’s a great place to stay in Prague! Outside the city ; 30 min walking or just take a Uber! It’s an old nice building, not a 5 star but comfortable enough for a weekend. The breakfast was good and the employees are very kind and helpful. The Spa is separately and quite outdated . The sauna & spa services like massages ,
works only against pre booking and payments. We got a couple massage it was very good but pricing!
It’s was a worth for the money.

Excellent hotel in a beautiful building. We were in the Boheme suite, which was a fabulous, bright room with a lovely view. The local area had plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and it was nice to stay in what felt like a more authentic part of the city. Excellent transport links - the 23 tram terminates/starts about 100m from the hotel entrance, a few more minutes walk away are another few tram lines, and there's a metro station about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Good breakfast with plenty of variety and very friendly staff, served in a lovely bright room. There was also a well equipped gym that we did not have a chance to use.
I would definitely consider coming back.
The nighttime receptionist was unable to help with a couple of small requests we had, we were asked to speak to housekeeping in the morning instead.
Other than that we had no problems.
