Beautiful old building, well renovated with a nice spa and amazing stuff. Not too far from Prague 1 and has many restaurants around in a walking distance.

I took room 401 and 402. The heating did not work all night. In the morning I reported the problem at the reception, the receptionist was very arrogant and rude. It seemed to me that I was talking to a tree. She was told me that they would call the technical service. I didn't even get an official "I'm sorry". So far, I have been to your hotel about 15-16 times and everything has always been phenomenal, but what happened yesterday really disappointed me. It happens that the heating breaks down or some malfunction occurs, but I did not expect the rudeness and arrogance of the employees. This does not suit the reputation of your hotel

staff was kind,nice and helpfull .breakfast is also very good,there were lots of thing for everyone's taste.Location is close Wenceslas square-15 minutes on foot, a further 10 minutes walk you are at old town.Main train station is 15 minutes walking distance
First, I asked one queen bed,they give me a makeshift quen bed consisting of two single bed placed side by side,blankets are small to cover one people properly. In bathroom glass of tube was narrow covering less then half of tube's side so every time floor of bathe was like a lake!.At the time of booking, photo of room was a attic room but they give me a non attic standard room.

The room was beautiful and the breakfast facilities were also very good. I was great that the staff remembered my Partner's birthday and the candle and glasses of champagne was a supper touch. Hotel was a lovely building and had great decor
They could have informed me that there was no restaurant available other than for bfast, that was a surprise! Also he bar facilities was very limited and positioned within reception which again seemed odd. Lastly when we arrived we were given a complementary voucher for a welcome drink .... but when we came to use that voucher it was only for a soft drink e.g.coffee or soda? It would have been good to let us know this before we tried to buy gin and tonics with it.

The hotel is in a great location, set in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds of tourists. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made it especially enjoyable during the winter season.
The front desk staff did not inform us about the fee they charge to arrange a taxi to the train station. Although the hotel had set a fixed rate for the ride, the driver ended up overcharging us.

Modern, clean, large bedrooms and quiet. Staff were friendly, helpful and gym facilities were good. Decent breakfast. Tram 1 minute walk away.
It was 35-40 min walk from any main areas so felt isolated and residential.
