Very Good
The breakfast was good, everything was fresh, with quite a good variety of food. The hotel itself looked like an old museum, which I liked a lot. I also liked the garden with a very nice view on the city.
The lady at the reception on the first day was not very nice, but fortunately all the other staff members were very nice and helpful.

The staff is all really friendly. The rooms were clean, with air conditioning (weak but effective), blinds to sleep in darkness at night if you want, TV, free wifi, big showers, and very large beds with comfortable pillows and blankets. The breakfast was delicious too. In addition, the location is quite centric, at 15 minutes away from Praga’s Main Train Station by public transport, and 20 to 30 minutes away from the old city. Walking does not take much longer either to each location. Overall, it was a luxurious experience for a low price, so we really recommend it.
We liked everything!

Room was wonderful, good size, great value for price.
Breakfast was average. Didn't like the "please tip" scan things that had minimum of 5 euros- happy to tip but allow lower amounts for e.g., daily housekeeping, breakfast.

Location in a peaceful neighbourhood, but very well connected with public transport to all main sights. Charming old building with everything you need.

Disappointing
There were safety issues. At night on 19th May at about 11.30pm our room was opened by someone from outside. We had to quickly lock it from inside and load our baggage against the room door. It was a very scary experience. We mentioned this experience at the reception while checking out on 20th May morning. Very bad. Will never stay there again.

Poor
Breakfast
I spent 6 nights here at an average of 150 US Dollars per night, and it was a total disaster. Despite the mild spring weather (outside temperatures in the 40s–70s), the room was a stifling furnace. The AC was useless. When I complained, the front desk’s "solution" was to tell me to open the windows. This is impossible at this location due to the deafening, constant noise from trains and planes all night. The most insulting part? When I asked to change rooms, they had the nerve to demand an additional 50 Euros per night to move me. Paying a premium price for a room should guarantee basic comfort; it shouldn't be a "pay-to-play" game just to get a room that isn't a sauna. The only positive was the breakfast staff, who were genuinely nice and professional. Unfortunately, a good breakfast doesn't make up for being extorted for a decent night's sleep. Between the broken AC, the noise, and the greedy management, this hotel is a massive rip-off. I felt like I was paying 150 dollars a night for torture. Avoid this place at all costs.
