The receptionists were all extremely kind. They answered all of our questions and were always polite. The hotel itself was nice and clean , which was very important for us. There is a metro and tram station near by which was very useful. They have a luggage room which you can use if your flight is later in the day , which is a bonus

The hotel's staff was well prepaired and totally helpful. Moreover we had everything in the room what is necessary during a long stay. The room was super cozy as well. We enjoyed that the room had a mini-fridge, so before our trip we could cool down our water. The hotel is not in the Old Town area, but with Metro (3 minute walk from the hotel) we could reach almost every place we wanted to visit. One word over a hundred, it was a magnificent accomodation for us!
The cleaning staff have forgotten to take out the trash in the room, but after we told about it in the reception they immediately acted.

The reception and breakfast staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Really impressed by their knowledge and enthusiasm to help.
Hotel decor is a bit dated but adds to the character!

The location of the hotel is perfect. In the city centre, across from a park, close to everything on foot and the subway station less than a hundred meters.
Breakfast was tasty with a lot of choices.
I especially liked that the bed was a true double bed with one large mattress, perfect for a couple, often it is just two singles pushed together.
Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Location was fairly convenient. Room was large and the hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room. Nice shower. Breakfast was very good.

Have stayed here prior in 2019. Charming and in a great location outside the busy city center, though not far. Excellent restaurants close by and close to metro. They offer the best breakfast buffet available in Prague. There is nothing lacking on this course from salads, fruits, sweets, breads, coffees, teas etc. Great value in a hotel stay.
My shower drain stopped up and they immediately fixed.
