Wonderful
Location was excellent. Not too far from the centre but at the same time one could find quiet parks nearby. The hotel is located near some exceptional coffee shops. Super clean, especially the bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Vibe of classic elegance, which i loved. Polite staff, knowledgable about the city and the hotel surroundings.

The hotel was lovely, we really have nothing to complain about. We especially loved where it was located - very casual, vibrant, has all the nice cafes and cute bars.
We wish the water temperature was consistent. No matter how we tried to set it, if it's not too cold it was too hot.

Nice traditional hotel with very helpful and welcoming staff. Good breakfast. Clean and spacious room. The location is 5 minutes from the metro so easy to get into the city centre.
Some aspects of the room could do with a bit of updating such as the heavy sliding door on the bathroom which tended to stick.

everything! so comfortable, safe, friendly, beautiful, and the staff were great and daily housekeeping was such a nice touch, for such a great price. loved it so much. i’m used to hostels so this was an incredible change. great distance to metro station and a beautiful 40 minute walk into old town

Great location in my favourite neighbourhood in Prague. The design of the place is old fashioned in a nice way and room was very clean and comfortable. Great value for the price!
The door to the room was not most secure as it felt like you could easily break in. The receptionist took such a long time to check us in that I thought she might have never seen a passport before.

Beautiful fairytale land, I hope you get a balcony because that was awesome.
The toilet did flush all night, but we didn’t really care, except how much water it was wasting.

Good location. Clean room. Varied breakfast.
I requested a quiet room, which wasn't available. Okay, that can happen. However, the room temperature was 26 degrees and I couldn't open the windows because of the street noise. Turned on the aircon, was set to heating only.
The dark-haired female receptionist was spectacularly unhelpful. Had an uncomfortable, sleepless night, went back the next morning. A technician came to my room, couldn't work out the problem, was going to get in touch with his boss. Nothing happened, no follow up for the duration of my stay. I had 3 all but sleepless nights. What is the point of offering climate control if your guests can't control it?
The blonde lady at reception was friendly. The dark-haired lady and older man seemed bored, too busy with their private phones and did not acknowledge or greet me.
All in all, a dissatisfactory experience. I will not be back and do not recommend this hotel at all.
Also, it's super noisy.

The location was very quiet and easily accessible by public transport.
Mornings were very noisy. Because of the cleaning ladies and the wood doors from the rooms entrances.
