The staff was most polite and helpful right from check-in. I was pleasantly surprised with the size and comfort of the room, definitely a unique property with vintage charm and modern amenities. The location was excellent being close to a subway station on line A. The neighbourhood is equally beautiful with parks and a variety of restaurants. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of flavourful variety. Will definitely reccomend La Fenice for visitors to Prague!

I wasn't expecting a lot given the very low price I paid but La Fenice far exceeded my expectations! The room I was allocated was more like a mini suite. It even had a little balcony overlooking the park. The decor was beautiful - it is obviously an old building and it has been decorated in a way that is very sympathetic to that but also modern and functional. The bathroom was lovely with a huge shower. And as I visited in a heatwave, the air con was a life saver! The staff were really helpful with any queries. The location is a little out of the centre but there is a metro stop very close by and it means it is quiet at night. I chose to walk everywhere and it was very doable. Lots of restaurants close by too. I would definitely stay in La Fenice again.

Beautiful, cozy, and spacious apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast was delicious, the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
We stayed in a room on the top floor, with skylight windows in the ceiling. The view over the city was beautiful, but we couldn't leave the windows open when it was raining. The air conditioner occasionally made some strange noises, but we were still glad to have it.
