Wonderful
Great base for exploring Prague! Clean, friendly, reasonably priced and close to the Jiřího z Poděbrad tram stop allowing easy access to city centre and other attractions. Breakfast was great too. Excellent value for money.
Decor was a little dated in places - had it's charm for me but others may not be as keen.

Perfect location in Vinohrady, near metro.
Very beautiful and large room in a historical building. Very clean and the staff was friendly
The noise isolation is not the best, unfortunately. The sounds in the corridor and nearest rooms were especially problematic trying to fall asleep

We arrived very late due to an airport issue, but we were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. Very straightforward and nice hotel. Breakfast was amazing and all staff were vey friendly

Very clean and rooms are decent sizes. Very close to a metro station.
Initially was assigned room 301. Any room ending in #01 is beside main stairwell and the noise of staff (cleaning), people coming and going and elevator is not ideal. Spoke to staff and they relocated me to a different room.

Location is amazing
We found a piece of glass on the floor and informed the staff that it almost pierced my foot they said they'll pay more attention, and on tge VERY NEXT DAY i stepped on another piece of glass!!!
The lady for the reception said nothing just staired at us and said ' yeah new cleaning girls u know ' and when we told her it's dangerous and it could hurt kids she said nothing.
And the pillows are just awful i had a stiff neck the whole trip

This hotel was a great find for our trip to Prague. Our room was spacious and had a balcony and a large bathroom! Everything was very clean and tidy with towels changed daily. Tea/Coffee in the room, a safe, air-con and a mini-fridge, and the room was comfortable and quiet - we couldn't have asked for more for the price paid. The location was really good - a few mins walk from the metro. A few stops and we were in the middle of everything. It's a nice part of the city too - lots of nice cafes and restaurants in walking distance - very pleasant place to stay. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Prague.
Some of the fixtures and fittings were a little tired - like the table in our room - but generally, everything was absolutely fine! We did have breakfast on one of the days - but found it a little disappointing, but it was very reasonably priced - just not to my taste.

Great location to the main points of the city, metro station at the corner and beautiful surroundings areas with a lot of cafes and restaurants; staff is very friendly willing to assist, clean rooms and beautiful space!!!!

Good rooms, great bed, huge breakfast, 2minutes walk to underground metro. They have luggage holing facility after check out . We had checkout in the morning but had to keep the luggage with them till 12AM. snce the bus was at 1.15am. They allowed it and they allowed us to wait in the lobby for 2 hrs before we traveled to the bus station.
