Breakfast was excellent with different options and new variations every day. Location is perfect. There’s a metro station 5 mins away from the hotel and it’s just a few stops away from the center. Special shoutout to the receptionist Amina (not sure if this is the correct spelling of her name) who was super nice, friendly, and helpful during our entire stay.
The only thing I would change is the pillows as they are too soft and some people prefer firmer ones. It would be nice to have one of each to suit different peoples’ needs. My friend had no issues with the pillows at all, so it really depends on the person!

We loved staying here for many reasons: the location was convenient for visiting all famous sights, very close to metro and trams, in a very safe and scenic neighborhood. All staff was genuinely polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing: varied and of high quality. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful! Kudos to management for offering us an upgrade upon arrival, without us asking, to ensure maximum comfort for our family. Highly recommend!

Great location, ease of access to downtown but also a nice break from business of town centre and lovely parks nearby. Room very comfortable and size was adequate.
Only elevator was down first 2 days (not their fault but worth mentioning). Didn't get much local advice from front desk staff. Again, minor but TV never worked (I also didn't raise this to staff so not of importance to me either)

The room and location was great, nice installations, very nice staff, speacially at the breakfast place. The breakfast was amazing too. Really close to the Subway and Tram and also to the city center.

Good location near to metro.
We stayed 3 nights in hotel and elevator was not working. You should carry your baggage in hand upstairs.

There was absolutely NO PARKING anywhere near the hotel! The staff was no help in finding a place to park.

Gorgeous interior. The rooms were very large and expensively decorated.
They have ZERO PARKING and the staff are ZERO HELP in finding a place to park! I had to park 25 minutes-walk away in a public parking garage which has no machine to calculate the charge, so the man took 50€ for 2 days (he saw I knew nothing about it probably being only 20€).

Room 501 was very small, angular room. You had to be careful not to hit your leg on the closet when you walked around the bed. No cabinet or table in the bathroom. No place to put toiletries No place to plug charger near bed. Had to unplug lamp to use electric outlet Right beside elevator, very noisy from 7 am
