It is a very family-style hotel. It is located in an area of the city from which you can reach the city center on foot in about 30 minutes, and the metro station is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, allowing you to quickly get to any part of the city.
The room was heated quite well․ The room was very clean, and the bathroom was quite comfortable and spacious, fully equipped with all amenities, even including hygiene bags.
The towels were changed every day. The hotel was very quiet, and the staff was very friendly—especially Oksana, who was very responsible and kindly tried to be helpful in every matter.
As for the hotel’s style, I can only praise it—it was very beautiful, with a highly aristocratic design and furnishings.
I could enjoy my coffee on the balcony and admire Prague.
The room was heated quite well, although there were some drafts coming from certain places.

Super! The hotel has a luggage room, which is really comfortable if you're leaving later in the day. Also we were lucky our room was prepared before the official check-in.

Pretty well located and friendly staff. The room was very clean.

Clean, comfortable and a great location. Friendly, helpful staff and a super comfy bed! Within walking distance of loads of local bars and restaurants, and just a couple of minutes’ walk to the nearest metro station.
Shower temperature fluctuated quite a lot when in use, but only a minor issue.

The atmosphere and friendly staff. Comfortable and well spaced room. Clean and tidy.
If you want to watch television, it took time to open, and we could only get one channel. Old and dated.

Excellent accommodation for a reasonable price in a beautiful traditional building. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were nice and helpful. The place is 10 min from the old town by public transport.
