The hotel facilities are good. Its located very centrally, so its an easy walk to some of the sites, including Charles Bridge and the old clock square. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a close walk from this hotel
I felt the rooms were a bit smaller than I expected, however the hotel facilities and location are good

Great location
We were left with an unpleasant impression. Upon check-in, we encountered terrible and unfriendly service at the reception. We had booked two rooms, but the receptionist couldn’t find the second one for a long time and said he couldn’t check us in. Eventually — hooray — he found it.
Another disappointment was that there was no water until the morning.
We had requested separate beds, but ended up with just one.
I do not recommend this place — save your nerves.

We will highly recommend hotel K+K Central. It was a smooth and pleasant experience thanks to a highly trained staff and great accommodations. Also the location cannot be beat: 10 min walk to the Old Town Square and 10 min walk to the train station for day trips!

Perfect location, at the edge of the city centre (5-10 minutes walk for most centre sights). Tram and Metro at less than 5 min.
Room was comforable (only minus: was looking at lightwell but we did not bother) and matresses were very good.
Very good breakfast.
Only minus: no outside area which would be very nice to use (for breakfast, coffee or drink) in sunny days.

Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived till our check-out. The welcoming free ice tea was refreshing after the long journey. The best part is the hotel location which was near the old town square, the astronomical clock, restaurants, shops, and historical sights.
For my family we like the room to be cold to sleep. The AC was not cooling enough in some occasions (we were in early June). Once we forgot the windows open to refresh the room and the AC didn't work. After calling the reception they told us to make sure the windows are closed in order for the AC to work. They didn't tell us that before or place a notice sign in the room.

The staff was attentive and very nice.
Bedsheets were artificial, room lighting poor, air conditioning old and working poorly, breakfast was 5/10. Overall we found the hotel overpriced for the quality offered.
