A large, clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. The Old Town Square was less than one minute from the apartment and the Charles Bridge was a quick 5-10 minute walk. The well-equipped kitchen was much appreciated, as was the washing machine and clothes rack. Would absolutely stay here again.
The apartment was a little tricky to find, otherwise no complaints.

Liked how big and comfortable the apartment, and it's located in the middle of the historic center.
We arrived early and wanted to leave our luggage until check in time, but out host did not answer our call or messages.

Fantastic location. A bit noisy from tourist traffic, especially drunks at midnight, but that is what we signed up for.

Excellent location for exploring Prague, just off the town square and clock tower. Surprisingly quiet, considering the mass of humanity that flows by during tourist season, due to the spaced double windows. The beds were very comfortable.The apartment feels very spacious and has excellent amenities. We really appreciated the supply of Nespresso capsules and herbal & black tea bags for jump starting the day.
The contactless check in went very smoothly. Communication with management was quick and responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
There are a considerable number of stairs to get up to the 3rd level apartments. I would not recommend this for any one with mobility, cardiac or respiratory issues.

The apartment is very clean and in a great location. Not having a reception desk in the apartment and not being able to speak to anyone face to face was not a problem at all. The property managers were quick to answer all our questions via Booking and whatsapp. We will definitely visit Prague and the Karlova apartment again.

The accommodation is in a very good location, central for everything. It's a large apartment, and everything required for four nights was available. It was clean and warm. The use of a luggage store after check out was handy.
There was no blind for the bathroom window, so we had to improvise. The safe wasn't working. I would like to have seen a working smoke alarm somewhere in the apartment (there was a fitting on the kitchen ceiling and assume that's where one once was).
We are quite fit, but i think the stairs to the top floor would be an issue for older, less mobile people.
Unfortunately, nearby roadworks were noisy from very early in the morning, which is obviously beyond the control of the apartment ownership.
The issues are relatively minor in the scheme of things, and we would happily use the apartment again.

A wonderful apartment with a fantastic location—very cozy and spacious.
Our windows faced an inner courtyard with a bar and a few shops, but at night the courtyard was closed, and it was completely quiet. Inside, everything we needed was provided—tea, coffee, and kitchenware. The only thing we couldn’t find was a pair of scissors.
We also had no trouble finding the entrance to the apartment. The host was always in touch, responded quickly to our questions, and even allowed us to store our luggage after check-out.
I highly recommend staying in this apartment! :)
