The location is perfect. Within comfortable walking distance of all sites. Also the Metro stop is located just outside the hotel. Both hotel people we interacted with were very friendly and super helpful. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean.
The breakfast was acceptable but somewhat lacking. Could use an A La Carte option.

I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience I had during my stay. My room was an oasis of peace, and everything was absolutely perfect. I can't say enough about the exceptional service provided by your two amazing receptionists, Marika and Lukas. Their helpfulness and kindness made my mornings even brighter.
And speaking of bright mornings, the breakfast at your hotel was simply great. The person in charge of breakfast was extremely kind and very lovely, making the meal even more enjoyable. Thank you for making my stay truly memorable!

Can be loud on weekend evenings/nights if you want to sleep with open windows (night club across the square. However, windows are sound-proof. and work well.

The staff were amazing. Every one was helpful, friendly and put in the extra effort. Rooms were fantastic. Very well set out for a traveller with lots of bags. Beds really comfortable. Everything spotless. Location was perfect - easy walking distance to Old Town and train station at the door.
