The location is absolutely great, everything needed is just a few minutes walk. The room was clean and comfort, and equipped with coffee machine, hair dryer and comfort chairs. Breakfast was great, everything needed and very fresh. The most important is the service - Lukas was just great, available on WhatsApp for any need and so so nice and welcoming. Will definitely come back.
I would appreciate breakfast t was earlier, since my flight back was in the morning and I couldn't eat because breakfast starts at 8:00am (at least 7am was better).

I am extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel has a perfect location — everything is within walking distance. The service was outstanding, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was a great variety of fresh and delicious food. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

From check-in to check-out, Lukas’s assistance was excellent. The hotel’s location, the size of the room, how quiet it was despite being in such a central area, its cleanliness, and the fact that they stored our luggage after check-out were all wonderful.
There is no need to look for anywhere else in Prague. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the city without using public transportation. There is no need to search for an alternative.

I will give a 10/10 to this hotel mainly for 2 reasons : 1.The location is just superb , just in the beginning of the main shopping area, with a metro station waiting outside your door ! .All shops for food and cafe and shopping in 5 min walking distance .2.They welcomed us in a warm way and spent time to show us on maps all main attractions
Nothing really , even the lack of reception after 19.00 was no problem at all !

A very spacious room in a great location. Very central and easy walking distance to many sites. Also right next to metro station. Hotel is very modern and look t have been recently refurbished.

Great Location compared to my friends at the Hilton. Nice room with everything you need.
No staff after 7pm had an issue with key one night but staff quick to respond on whatsapp

The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was exellent. Lots of choice.
The room was very quiet and the beds very comfortable.
The staff is very helpfull and nice.
The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of downtown, near all the important sights.
I cant think of anything negative.
