Stayed here with my teenage daughter. It felt very safe for women travelling alone. The room was exceptional, with lovely finishing and complimentary touches. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is in a lovely courtyard only a few steps away from the old town, but nestled behind a beautiful church. The breakfast was excellent and had something for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. Nice, big rooms. The staff give lots of perks for staying there - discounts at different establishments, a Prague card. They gave us complimentary champagne on check in. Air conditioning was a plus too. I have no regrets about staying here.
I can’t say I have anything I didn’t like.

Great location, in the heart of the old town, very friendly stuff, great restaurant.
We took the quad room for a couple and it was huge.
The value for money is good, but this is not a cheep hotel.

Beautiful hotel and room was amazing and large. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Organised taxis to and from the airport. The hotel location is exceptional. Minutes from all the main highlights of beautiful Prague.
The breakfast was very good and extensive but one minor point was that the hot food could be kept hotter.

A little different system as i didn’t know what to do if i need to contact staff after 11pm, but everything ended perfect in my stay because of the excellent staff, always helpful when needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming vintage hotel in the heart of the Old Town. The building has a lot of character and historic charm, and despite its age, it was very clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for.
The location was excellent for exploring the city, and everything we needed was within walking distance. Although our stay was short, it was very pleasant.
A special thank you to the staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

We had room 34. It was spotless and utterly quiet, a miracle just a block from Old Town Square and with people outside the front of the hotel making all kinds of noise. Breakfast was quite good and the staff was accommodating. We didn't need the secure, paid parking but it's available.

We loved the hotel! The hotel staff was so helpful and exceptionally kind, the rooms are specious and very very clean, location is in the heart of the lively old town and the breakfast is great! We will definitely return. Thank you Josephine staff for a great vacation.

Superb. Very friendly and kind hosts. My wife walked in with a swollen knee and Pascal (an avid runner) came right out with ice. It was perfect!
