This hotel was amazing! It was so beautiful and the staff was incredibly friendly. They cleaned our room every day and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Truly the best hotel I've stayed at in Europe.

Right in the middle of everything, but with its location in the Ungelt Square it felt quite and removed. The room was very quite despite being close to many bars. There are 2 sets of windows that kept noise out.

Although I was in Prague for work, I enjoyed a vacation staying at this hotel. The location is right in the very center. The room was spacious, with two areas: a living area and a bedroom. The breakfast offered plenty of choices and was delicious. The in-room facilities were vintage, which made the stay very comfortable. I had a late checkout, and despite this, the staff cleaned my room and changed the towels. The hotel was very clean, and the reception staff were kind and helpful. The hotel offers discounts for several sights as well as for the on-site restaurant, which was quite good.

Great location and friendly staff. We were made very welcome. Our room was clean and spacious. We were given plenty of information and some vouchers too. Overall a great stay.
For our budget the hotel was spot on and no complaints.

Best location in Prague for a tourist. Huge room with good facilities and lovely staff very keen to please. Very good breakfast.
Shampoo in the room was runny and it ran out of the large dispenser. Otherwise, brilliant.

It was a very good hotel with kind and welcoming staff. In terms of location, it was excellent and could be one of the best choices available. The view from our room was truly dreamy, and we didn't expect such a beautiful sight at all. The breakfast was good, but it could still be improved.
