Wonderful
Very nice boutique hotel in the Old Town, very good breakfast. My room faces to the Gothic Church architecture. Welcoming bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate. Complimentary water every day and a small gift when I checked out. Walk distance to historical places and new town area. They try hard to host guests. I am glad that I chose this hotel even if a little bit expensive. That hotel leaves me a good impression of Plaque.
Not much, but there seems to be inconsistency among staff quality. One staff said that they could not provide the receipt until they receive the payment from Booking. com in their bank account. Another staff issued a formal receipt right away when I checked about this hotel policy again. Even during day time, there was no one and the door was closed for a while. I think that it only depends on staff. Staffing is only from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.. Checking out earlier than 7 a.m. would be a problem, as one staff did not arrive by 7 a.m. some guests had to wait for her. Little bit hard to find this place so if they can show a simple way from the Central station to the hotel, it would be nice.

This hotel is 2 minutes away from old town square (astronomical clock), on arrive the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and a bottle of Prosecco was provided for us to share

the location is amazing! we had a view of the Tyn Church spires from our room. we stayed in the family room, 31, and it was very spacious! we did our own version of the Risky Business slide in socks!

Central location near many bars and restaurants (read: can be loud), but if you can get an inner room, the location can't be beat. The staff were friendly and accommodating. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and everything felt extremely easy.

Amazing location- quite and central! Beautiful big room with an amazing view of the cathedral! perfect breakfast with many delecious options! very helpful and welcoming crew! would definately come back again when in Prague :) thanks for everything!

The location was fantastic, and that's what I'd been looking for, but the rooms and service was just exceptional. The pictures don't do the place justice - the courtyard is beautiful, the ceilings in the rooms high, everything was so clean. More than pleasantly surprised!

Beds were very comfortable. Room enormous and wonderfully light and airy. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices.
Shower with bath is very difficult to access and could be a little dangerous as no anti slip mat within the bath itself and a high edge of the bath to scale in and out. Wi Fi connection within room not good but we discovered if we went to the court yard it was better.

The hotel is beatiful, clean room , you have every thing you need in the room, bar, coffee machine and other things, The location is excellent in the center, the staff was nice and helpful with every request, the breakfast is excellent and the price is very good.We had a great time and will return to this hotel again.
