Breakfast ok but overpriced. Location great but noisy nightclub nextdoor was a pain. Reception staff were very good.
Noisy nightclub. Large wooden column right next to bed was a hazard , we were in Room 36.

Staying at the Josephine Old Town Square Hotel was a ten-star experience for us. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and spotlessly clean; the beds were excellent; the bathtub was a delightful treat; the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional; the breakfast was generous with a generous variety of hot and cold selections; the proximity to the Old Town Square was appreciated, especially given my husband's limited mobility. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay and would return in a heartbeat if possible. We highly recommend this quality establishment.
Everything was perfect. We didn't want to leave.

Location is fantastic but the hotel needs some serious modernisation.
Instead of having a double bed, we got two single beds joined together.
Bathroom rather old and worn out for a four-star hotel.

We had a fantastic experience at Josephine Hotel. The reception was warm and welcoming, and the staff were always polite and helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was very spacious, full of character, and even included a dressing area. Although it had four beds, it was just the two of us, which made it feel extra comfortable and luxurious. Everything was kept spotless — the room was cleaned daily.
The breakfast was very nice, with plenty of options to start the day. On top of that, the hotel surprised us with thoughtful gifts including a Prague Pass, vouchers for Café Louvre, a magnet, and cosmetics — such a generous and memorable touch!
Overall, this hotel combines comfort, charm, and exceptional service right in the heart of Prague. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city.

the hotel offered a large, comfortable room for three people. it was nicely decorated, had a high ceiling, a large bathroom, and was clean. hotel is located at a cute courtyard close to the old town Square, which allowed quick breaks during the day. people who work at the hotel were very nice and helpful.
it was excellent value without the breakfast, which was unremarkable, but offered plenty of coffee to start the day

"Secure" Parking was 500m from the hotel, under a shopping centre, it's not patrolled by security. Lots of stairs to the rooms.

Great location. Helpful staff. Room was big. The hotel gave lots of freebies like a bottle of prosecco, a magnet and some toiletries made in Prague.
Breakfast - the eggs, both scrambled and fried were some of the worst I have ever had. I also found 16 Euro for breakfast too expensive. The furniture and carpets are a bit worn. The WiFi in Room 33 was weak. Only one of us could use it at a time. I really did not like being pressured by the man at the reception to submit a review of the hotel on the day I left. I was very uncomfortable with that.
