The location of the hotel was perfect. Right in the heart of the old town just outside of the main square. The property was beautiful and clean , the rooms were spacious and elegant. The breakfast was divine.

The shower is a hazard. It's very slippery and so is the bathroom floor. I fell. So be extra careful!

We visited four popular European cities on our trip but the stay at the Josephine was the absolute highlight! First, you cannot beat the location. The best of Prague is right outside your door! The room was massive, decorated in keeping with the age of the hotel with fine antiques, and the beds the most comfortable I have ever slept in! If it weren't for the breakfast buffet calling to me ( a delight for even the most discerning pallets) I could have easily stayed in our room the whole time without regret. Above all, the young, polished, polite and eager to please staff was the crowing glory. I cannot write enough good things about our stay at the Florence Hotel. Simply the finest.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The receptionist was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable — much bigger than we expected. A lovely surprise was the welcome wine waiting in the room, a thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience.
We did have a small misunderstanding about the parking — it’s located about 200 meters away from the hotel, which wasn’t immediately clear. But once we got the correct information, it wasn’t a problem.

The bathroom needs a total renovation, it is comparable to a low 3-star hotels.
WiFi works only in limited areas.

The hotel is very well located, in the old town. It is a very pleasant house. The reception is first class. You will get all needed informations to make your journey agreable. The room we got was quite large with a huge bathroom. Beds are big enough. There is condionned air which you can easily adapt to your needs. Breakfasts offer a large choice of sweet or salted products. There countless restaurants around the place.

Everything was amazing with this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything, but not with the noise of the crowds (for example the hotel was right in the middle of everything so we didn't use public bathrooms much, we could just easily go back to our hotel room.) The room was unlike anything we have experienced - fabulous! Clean, large, air conditioned, everything we needed, plus extras were provided. The breakfast was exceptional. It was a buffet that had everything you could image, freshly made, fresh baked goods, coffees, teas, juices, sweets, savory and even gluten free options. The staff I cannot say enough, everyone was extremely helpful, wonderful. We will be back and we are recommending this hotel to all our family and friends.

The hotel is like 4 mins. walk to astronomical clock. It is also walking distance to Charles bridge and Castle. Staff’s are nice and very accommodating. Pet friendly and cleaned room. The breakfast is great too.

Location was fantastic the room size is better then most European hotels. Staff was very friendly and I like the option of having the ability to use their complimentary bicycles. Better than expected..
If you have mobility issues it could pose a challenge. Check with the hotel i don't believe there was an elevator for people just the luggage. We had a few hot days but staff was able to take care of cooling the room to a more comfortable level. This aside. I will come back!!
