The hotel is very well located, in the old town. It is a very pleasant house. The reception is first class. You will get all needed informations to make your journey agreable. The room we got was quite large with a huge bathroom. Beds are big enough. There is condionned air which you can easily adapt to your needs. Breakfasts offer a large choice of sweet or salted products. There countless restaurants around the place.

Everything was amazing with this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything, but not with the noise of the crowds (for example the hotel was right in the middle of everything so we didn't use public bathrooms much, we could just easily go back to our hotel room.) The room was unlike anything we have experienced - fabulous! Clean, large, air conditioned, everything we needed, plus extras were provided. The breakfast was exceptional. It was a buffet that had everything you could image, freshly made, fresh baked goods, coffees, teas, juices, sweets, savory and even gluten free options. The staff I cannot say enough, everyone was extremely helpful, wonderful. We will be back and we are recommending this hotel to all our family and friends.

The hotel is like 4 mins. walk to astronomical clock. It is also walking distance to Charles bridge and Castle. Staff’s are nice and very accommodating. Pet friendly and cleaned room. The breakfast is great too.

Location was fantastic the room size is better then most European hotels. Staff was very friendly and I like the option of having the ability to use their complimentary bicycles. Better than expected..
If you have mobility issues it could pose a challenge. Check with the hotel i don't believe there was an elevator for people just the luggage. We had a few hot days but staff was able to take care of cooling the room to a more comfortable level. This aside. I will come back!!

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were nice.
Night club ‘Chapeau Rouge’ in side street kept us up until around 2.30am each night and doof doof one morning until 4.30am. Lots of rowdy groups pass through the adjoining street all night chanting and yelling. Room didn’t really look as expected.

I stayed for a long weekend with my mother and daughter. So charming and nice! Really centrally located yet quiet. The staff did go all the way to make the stay great for us. The room was nice and big with good beds. I would choose this hotel again.

The location was amazing, just a few blocks from the mail square. My husband and I travel in Europe a bit and we must say, Josephine Old Town had one of the best breakfasts we have every had! Breakfast was 5 start!

Perfect location, everything near us, plenty of restaurants and close to public transportation. Great breakfast
Room was really big, comfortable beds, also, we arrived early and they let us have the rooms much earlier then formal check in time. Most important - the staff were all so nice and helpful it was great.

It is very nice and clean and the location is perfect! Right in the heart of downtown. And the staff is very friendly and helpful.
