I really can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

First, the air conditioning did not work and it was not able to be fixed. Also, the bathroom was so small that the shower was in a separate closet.....yes it was a shower closet. In addition, the mirror cabinet was hung too high and my eyes were barely visible in the mirror. Pretty difficult to dry your hair when you can't see it. I looked at ALL of the pictures in the booking.com listing and the bathrooms were a decent size with a good size mirror and a height that a short woman could use. The only other room available the first night did not have a king size bed and the bathroom mirror had the same problem. We were offered other rooms upon the next day's checkout if we came back between noon and 1pm. The gal in the office thought this was an acceptable solution. However, this was impossible for us as we were on a sightseeing tour. They offered to move our stuff but I did not have time to pack it up, nor did I feel comfortable for them to move it. They provided a small mirror and a regular hairdryer which I was able to use at the desk. I paid alot for this room for 3 nights ($900US) to get a bigger room, a decent size bathroom and working air conditioning. I reviewed the rooms on their website and the booking.com listing and this bathroom is NOT pictured. This was a total misrepresentation, otherwise known as a "bait and switch". So buyer beware. I indicated this to the staff but they offered NO compensation. It really put a damper on our weekend in Prague. I have used booking.com several times abroad and this has NEVER happened. If they were going to put us in a lower room with NO air conditioning, a credit should've been provided. 1. Tiny unacceptable bathroom. The shower drain also backed up leaving water up to your ankles while showering. The position of the shower head meant that your arm or back kept hitting the controls. 2. NO working air conditioning. It was a very hot weekend.

Shower in bath was tricky as it was high off he ground so I asked for a non-slip bath mat to feel more secure . 2 mins of noise late at night where the very nearby restaurant would collect their bottles hit literally 2 mins

Room had only one tiny window. Receptionist showed me 2 rooms, one had a unpleasant smell so had to take other room. I feel really disappointed with hotel, I can't understand how rating on booking.com is so good ? The lift is not even 1metre square, it is ridiculously small and impractical - it did not go to floor of our room. The hotel is not child/family friendly - we had 4 flights of stairs of varying lengths to get to our room which was very difficult with young child. Not to mention dangerous for child. The reception is not very welcoming, it is a small room functioning as baggage store too. There was no lounge area. No reception after 11 at night. Staff were nice no issue with any of them

This is only personal preference and not a mark against the hotel but would have preferred more options as a continental breakfast. There were some limited cereals available but a lot of cakes :). Sometimes just a croissant and a bowl of cereal does the trick. It was really the Eastern European type of breakfast with cheeses, meats (some hot options) and a few cereals. But the food was great this is just my personal preference.
