The location was fantastic. Everything was right outside the door. Literally 3 minutes from the plaza where we loved the Christmas market! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

A gem of a boutique hotel! Perfect location in the old town square (was a minute walk to the Christmas market & Prague astronomical clock), wonderful staff, massive room, lovely atmosphere. The service was exceptional — highly recommended.

Staffs are super nice and they gave a lot of free goodies for the holidays. Location is superb, close to the main square but also hidden away from all the tourists

The staff at this hotel is wonderful. The location is great, although finding it requires really good GPS! There is a garage available about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, so you can drop your luggage and then take your car to the parking lot. The hotel is located on a small square, about a block from the main square in the old town, so the location is perfect, especially for the Christmas markets. The room was huge and rather old, but very clean and soundproof - at night the square had quite a few people at the restaurants and bar below, but you could not hear them at all. Breakfast was great, full of options. Staff were always available for questions or concerns and so helpful.
Like many hotels in the old towns, finding it requires GPS or a very detailed map - To their credit, the hotel had reached out in advance and tried to explain how to arrive and where to park, but until you do it, it is confusing! Once we did it, however, it all made sense and we found several paths back to the parking garage! I'd like to stay here again on my next trip to Prague.

Imagine coming to Prague for the first time since 1992 when you were 22 and walking into the Josephine Hotel with your 20 year old niece and her best friend and being welcomed so graciously and elegantly by a young man named Arseniy, that you instantly remember how wonderful Prague was then and obviously still is. Bravo Arseniy for your attentiveness and going above and beyond to help make our one-night stay so memorable that we will be thinking of it fondly for a long time to come. Thank you to the entire Josephine staff (special mention also: Kyryl!) The rooms were so perfect, everything really beautiful and the Christmas decorations just made it that much more special. A truly wonderful hotel, amazing staff, great location and a place I look forward to hopefully visiting again!

The stay couldn't have been more perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Daria at check-in.
The room was very large with amazing beds and beautiful decor. We wished we'd planned to stay longer!
We didn't plan to have dinner in the hotel and had even made reservations elsewhere, but we were hungry when we checked in and so we ordered the salmon and it was one of the best dinners we've had on our trip! We ended up canceling our other reservation with no regrets!
They also gave us Christmas cookies upon arrival, a complimentary bottle of wine in the room, and a little parting give at check-out.
Oh, I almost forgot one of the best things about this hotel, the LOCATION! It's right in Old Town, we went to Prague for the Christmas Markets and to see the Christmas Decor. This hotel was in the heart of it all!

Property was in the best location! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great, best porridge and breakfast potatoes!!!
We had two children and liked that we had a large room with two single beds for them rather than pull down sofa beds, would highly recommend!
