Staff members are attentive and professional. Excellent location, large clean room. Good breakfast selection and quality. We will stay at the Josephine again.

We loved the rooms and the location of this hotel. The staff were very friendly as well. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff were nice enough to give us a bottle of frizzante in our room. We didn't end up drinking it (too many good bars in Prague) but loved the gesture. Our room had a great view of the square and while it was loud in the evenings, we expected that to be the case given the bar scene in Prague and brought ear plugs.

Wonderful breakfast. All the staff were exceptional. Very friendly and very helpful. They arranged excellent transportation for our group of six. Our room was large and spotless, with as comfortable a bed as I've ever slept on. The location cannot be topped. Hard by the Old Town Square. If we return to Prague we will be staying at the Hotel Josephine.
Nothing could have been better. It was perfect.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff really stood out. The staff made us feel very comfortable at all times. The location of the hotel is excellent, since it is close to many important touristic venues in Prague.
The shower of our room (#36) needs to have hand rails installed so guests don’t run the risk of slipping in the shower. The small sofa in this room is really uncomfortable. The quality of the breakfast items needs to be upgraded. There is only one English language channel on the television which we could find - Telesur in English - and its programs have little to offer.

The location of this hotel is excellent, smack dab in the middle of Old Town. The staff were so friendly. The room was quite unique, with a crystal chandelier as a light fixture, and real old style ceiling architecture. The bathtub was very roomy. Our room entrance faced an internal courtyard with cute hanging plants. Overall pleasant surprise. I'd stay there again.
Towels are not the best.

The hotel is located close to all sites travelers would like to see. There is also an abundance of restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant is also very good. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The location was perfect, everything you could need was literally right outside the hotel. The view from my room was wonderful! I can’t say enough about the staff was amazing! Very helpful and treated you like family! Even though this was a solo trip I never felt I was on my own! I would highly recommend!!!

Fantatsic location just off the Old Town Square. Very helpful and informative staff. Excellent restaurant recommendations. Extremely helpful with local travel directions and arrangements as needed. Always provided bottled water as needed. Even with cool weather, the first few days of travel can be dehydrating. Available water is a godsend.
Unfortunately the air condition broke down and the room became very hot for sleeping. Being in the heart of old town with an outside facing room, opening the window all night was not a great idea. The furnture in the room was also a bit of a downer. The loveseat had springs from the dark ages. Very uncomfortable and almost impossible to sit on. The room itself was large with a nice wardrobe and dressing table. Very large and well organized bathroom
