The staff were very friendly especially in the breakfast room and Reception(Daria and Diana)
We stayed for 3 nights , The room was dark and outdated and not as the bright classic , fourbed room shown on the pictures. The room was noicy (first night due to outside restaurants) and the courtyard used for maintenance people and cleaning staff preparing for cleaning the rooms. The water temperature of the shower was fluctuating and almost burned my daughter. The Tv was so small and only had few watchable channels (no english channels).The sheets had stains on them. The breakfast was not good ,(Boilded eggs overcooked, cheese was open in warm room, silverfish in tea cups and fresh bread selection was poor).

Location is perfect for short and first Prague visit.
Room was good size for 2 person or even for 4.
Breakfast quality was very good.
Breakfast area (room) is too small for the capacity of the hotel quests. We have to wait for a while and with busy schedule this could be a problem.

Great location. In an old building restored. Very nice and helpful staff. Outstanding and excellent breakfast. Walk everywhere. Restaurants, as well as all the sights, are just a walk away.
Our room layout was a bit odd. We had two big wooden pillars in the middle. You have to be careful, else you might bump into it. Sofa was unusable. It had the springs poking you when you sit on it. Needs to be replaced. The bar right next door is very loud until 1am or longer. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to make a note. Given the central location of the hotel, this is to be expected.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel U Lilie Josephine in Prague. The hotel is beautifully designed, very comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of the city.
We would especially like to thank Daria, who was absolutely lovely, professional, and kind – both during check-in and check-out. She welcomed us with a smile, took care of every detail, and made both our arrival and departure especially pleasant.
Highly recommended, and we’d be happy to return!

Beautiful room in excellent location just off the old town square. Staff were great and responded quickly to emails - room was available earlier than advertised check in time. Complimentary Sparkling wine and chocolate in the suite was a lovely touch. Dressing gowns and sippers also provided.

We enjoyed spacious, quiet and light-filled rooms at the Josephine Old Town Square Hotel. The rooms (and bathrooms were huge. The staff were super-accommodating and the breakfast is fantastic! The location cannot be beat - it is on its own square and just 5 minutes' walk from the Old Town Square and only another 10 to the Charles Bridge.

We did like very much this hotel. Location was great, two minutes from Old Town Square. less than 5 minutes from Metro station. The breakfast was so delicious and variety of food was amazing.
But most important parts of our staying there have been friendly and helpful staff.
We would like to say personal thank you to Daria, Maria, Paul.
Also hard working kitchen staff Anna & Katrin.
Thank you every one for make our visit to Czech republics so pleasant.
