We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Josephine Old Town Square in Prague. The location is excellent, close to the Old Town and within walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

The place is amazing right in the middle of the old city and close to everything you want to see in Prague. The breakfast was incredible with a lot of variety. The staff was so lovely, showing us all the way to our room, kept our luggage after check out and always smiled. They even provide coffee capsules and a bottle of wine for no extra charge!

Very Spacious Room , very well equipped , great furniture, comfortable bed, quite room, excellent air conditioning during the extreme heatwave, great location 150 meter from central square in old town. Breakfast area small and full of kitchen smells
There is room for improvement for breakfast choice, not adequate for a four star hotel

Our room was amazing! Very big with a big bathroom and a view of a lovely church out of our window. Location was perfect and the gal at the reception was absolutely darling!!

The location is perfect for exploring the historical part of the city. The staff is attentive, they took our requests into account and always ready to help. Breakfast is full of choices both for adults and kids. The on-site Italian restaurant was our choice for several dinners. The hotel provides a discounted rate for a parking garage.
Parking setup is a bit messy, you need to show up at the hotel to get the parking card, but to do that you need to park your car somewhere. So it's a bit like chicken and the egg problem. We ended up parking at Palladium first, going to the hotel with our luggage to get their discounted parking card, then re-parking the car. And if you want your €20 deposit back on departure, you need to do the same sequence in reverse order, as you need to return the parking card at checkout.

The room was excellent, far more expansive than I was expecting and they threw in a free bottle of wine which was nice! The staff were also extremely friendly and accommodating. In addition the location is incredibly central and convenient for everything! The fact that the rooms had good AC as well also helped int he heat significantly!
While the breakfast certainly wasn't bad, it was the one minor downside, mostly because it wasn't quite to my taste! It was fine once I found the toast, but without traditional European pastries I was left a little wanting! Also there were no bananas! But other than that nothing else I didn't like.

Stayed here with my teenage daughter. It felt very safe for women travelling alone. The room was exceptional, with lovely finishing and complimentary touches. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is in a lovely courtyard only a few steps away from the old town, but nestled behind a beautiful church. The breakfast was excellent and had something for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. Nice, big rooms. The staff give lots of perks for staying there - discounts at different establishments, a Prague card. They gave us complimentary champagne on check in. Air conditioning was a plus too. I have no regrets about staying here.

Great location, in the heart of the old town, very friendly stuff, great restaurant.
We took the quad room for a couple and it was huge.
The value for money is good, but this is not a cheep hotel.
