Very close walking distance to Old Town but still quiet in the evening. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfy beads. Staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is terrific. Great spread and excellant coffee.

Location and staff
Room wasn’t clean, bed was broken and they need a proper pest control. when we asked for a slipper staff said they are out of stock. The staff tried their best at the checkout for us to leave the property happily which worked actually. The problems was not so important but wh’ve been requested to give 10 points rating on booking.com otherwise they have a problematic owner. I think this is their trick to keep their rating high!

Breakfast was so generous and so delicious. The breakfast staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our Room was delightful and comfortable with a large bathroom, All the staff from the front desk to the restaurant were so friendly, helpful and made us feel so welcome. The onsite Italian restaurant was also very good. The location was perfect for exploring Old Town and all its many wonderful historic sites, restaurants, and shopping. We loved being able to walk to so many places, especially across the Charles Bridge. Great fun to sit in the square, clock watch, people watch and snuggle into warm chair covers in the outside eating places. Would definitely stay here again. Just wish it wasn't 5,000 miles away from our home.
It was just the experience we wanted to have. So no complaints.

Pretty much everything.
The location was so enchanting, looking out of my top floor window over the square full of people.
But when I closed the windows it was QUIET
Thank you for finding me a room with a table by the window to work at.
Maybe a couple more English language channels on the TV

We stayed for 4 nights and our stay was AMAZING. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the young man who checked us in when we arrived and out when we departed. He was so kind and enthusiastic. The hotel is so clean and the rooms are BEAUTIFUL. Beds are very comfortable, the location was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. The breakfast had such great options to choose from. I am really going to miss it. Thank you for a great stay during our first trip to Prague!

Right in the middle of everything, but with its location in the Ungelt Square it felt quite and removed. The room was very quite despite being close to many bars. There are 2 sets of windows that kept noise out.
