Great location, good sized room, and friendly staff.
The mattresses need replacing - they are very old. Luckily we were there in winter, as the curtains didn’t block out the light at all -- which I imagine is a problem in the summer. The furniture is also quite random, the large ‘sofa’ chair looked very old and It looked like it needed a good clean.
The breakfast was really disappointing. We did not eat there the second morning - preferring to eat out. The pretzels were hanging next to chorizo, which was quite random and not nice for vegetarians or people who don’t eat pork.
The cheese board had been decorated with peanuts. This led me to question the training of the kitchen staff.

The service was spectacular, room was impeccable. The location was stone's throw away from old town Christmas Market. I would love to come back to the hotel next time whenever I am in Prague

Great location near the Old Town square. We walked from the train station, but we know Prague. Same time it would take a taxi. Google maps works too. Nice people. We are in hospitality too, so you notice when the staff tries extra hard.

Central location near the old town centre with everything in easy walking distance. Good size room overlooking an interesting baroque church. Excellent breakfast with a wide array of choices. Very helpful staff who always wanted to assist. A bottle of prosecco and water were waiting for us in the room which was a nice touch. Italian restaurant downstairs provided good meal options if you didn't want to venture out in the cold.
Be aware that the hotel entrance is not immediately obvious as the front desk is in a shared space with the bar to the restaurant. Some rooms require 2 or 3 stairs to get to from the lift.

Absolutely beautiful room the view was amazing the beds were really comfy, the breakfast was lovely buffet style, we received a welcome bottle of wine and chocolates which was a lovely touch I honestly could of stayed there forever, the staff were the nicest people I’ve ever met they couldn’t do enough for you.
