We stayed for 4 nights and our stay was AMAZING. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the young man who checked us in when we arrived and out when we departed. He was so kind and enthusiastic. The hotel is so clean and the rooms are BEAUTIFUL. Beds are very comfortable, the location was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. The breakfast had such great options to choose from. I am really going to miss it. Thank you for a great stay during our first trip to Prague!

The location was brilliant. A stones throw from the Old Town Square and centrally located to explore the city. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

Large room and bathroom, excellent breakfast and waitress at breakfast was lovely and helpful.
The noise. I understand that it is right in the town but the shouting and screaming until 4am was awful. There seems to be two types of rooms here, ours was right up top and must have faced the street another guest said she heard nothing and was cold, so I assume her room faced the interior courtyard.
