Beautiful and well-kept hotel with a family atmosphere and welcoming staff who helped with everything.
Great location right in the center of things but very quiet.
Varied and delicious breakfast.
The shower room is unheated...and the shower cubicle is very small.
The pillows are very large.

We had 2 rooms for 4 of us. We could have stayed in one room! Our rooms were very spacious, with a large double bed, two additional single beds and a sofa. Each room had a complementary bottle of wine. Kyryl, at the reception desk, was incredibly helpful and courteous.
The location was great, a step away from the famous Prague Clock.
Parking our rental car was a bit challenging. There were no street parking spots available in front of the hotel. We managed to find a spot a block away. Again Kyryl at reception was very helpful and guided us to momentarily bring the car into a space at the hotel from which we could unload our luggage. Parking was made available at a mall 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It would be nice if some guiding information was made available at reservation time for those driving a car.

Extremely accommodating and friendly staff. The room was beautiful and the location was fantastic. The breakfast was very nice as well! We got another night we enjoyed it so much.

Central location in the historic quarter and near all central locations. The room was spacious and comfortable and well furnished. Great bathroom.
