Everything was just perfect, from the location, the room, the perfect staff. Everything was on foot, we didn't use any public transportation. A bottle of wine and water were waiting for us in the room and every day they replenished the bottles of water. I celebrated my birthday and in the morning the whole staff congratulated me and spoiled me with everything. Simply an amazing hotel.
We were given a room with weak wifi. We moved rooms and it was excellent.

Unbeatable location in the Old Town - so easy to walk to everywhere in Prague that I didn’t use public transport at all!
My room was enormous and very comfortable and clean.
There are several bars in the vicinity that play loud music into the early hours, making it difficult to sleep without ear plugs - fortunately I was equipped !

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff really stood out. The staff made us feel very comfortable at all times. The location of the hotel is excellent, since it is close to many important touristic venues in Prague.
The shower of our room (#36) needs to have hand rails installed so guests don’t run the risk of slipping in the shower. The small sofa in this room is really uncomfortable. The quality of the breakfast items needs to be upgraded. There is only one English language channel on the television which we could find - Telesur in English - and its programs have little to offer.

The location of this hotel is excellent, smack dab in the middle of Old Town. The staff were so friendly. The room was quite unique, with a crystal chandelier as a light fixture, and real old style ceiling architecture. The bathtub was very roomy. Our room entrance faced an internal courtyard with cute hanging plants. Overall pleasant surprise. I'd stay there again.

The hotel is located close to all sites travelers would like to see. There is also an abundance of restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant is also very good. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Excellent communication from staff prior to our stay, easy and pleasant check in experience.
The room was terrific - unique, elegant and well equipped. The view outside the main window was exceptional. Immediately next to the Old Town and it's remarkable square, yet off the path enough that it was surprisingly quiet.
Very helpful staff, regarding arrangements for transfer to the airport.

The location was perfect, everything you could need was literally right outside the hotel. The view from my room was wonderful! I can’t say enough about the staff was amazing! Very helpful and treated you like family! Even though this was a solo trip I never felt I was on my own! I would highly recommend!!!
