Straff reception were nice and supportive.
Breakfast straff lacked smile and friendliness. Breakfast was just only ok. No bacon one morning. Jam glasses with lid on looked as if they had not been opened for long. Food poorly presented.

Amazing hotel! The rooms were clean, the staff were super friendly, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Perfect location for exploring on foot, right in the heart of the old town
The reception area is quite cramped and gets busy as the process is fairly slow

All of the staff was so friendly. You can’t beat the location as it is in the center of town. They gifted us with free wine and more. We definitely would recommend hotel Josephine!

Room was very large and very comfortable. It is a very nice picture courtyard right behind the main old town Square, which is very convenient. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. and it has a very nice restaurant for lunch and dinner.
The only thing that keeps me from giving this properly a full 10 is all the rooms are access from the exterior walkway and if you get room 46 it’s access through a secondary staircase that has huge gaps in the balusters, which can be very dangerous if you have young children as they can fall through
