Wonderful
Upon arrival reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. They provided some vouchers for free coffee and cocktails round the town. They personally showed us to our room which was so large for only two guests with quaint decor, exposed oak beams and shuttered windows looking right over the square. Complimentary water and bottle of wine were also provided. A stocked mini bar was available and charged as used. We were sorry to leave as the hotel made our stay so much more enjoyable. Will defo be returning.
Some late night noise from the bars in the square but didn't keep us awake and is only to be expected due to location of the hotel.

Perfect location, very good breakfast, nice restaurant on the ground floor, super reactive, kind and helpful staff
Minor technical issues: mirror in the bathroom hanging too high to be useful, problem with the electrical socket in the bathroom (solved very quickly by the staff)

The location was perfect. We were in the middle of the old town , on a small square just behind the main square and the clock. 3 restaurants within steps of the hotel, the Tyn square was bustling, but not as crowded as the larger square. Hotel staff are warm, attentive and friendly. The accommodations extremely comfortable, QUIET with AC. Thank you to Irina and Eliza who did an excellent job prior to our arrival and upon our arrival made us feel right at home for our 4 night stay. The other staff were great as well! Highly recommend this property.

My daughter and I stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional location of the hotel along with the wonderful staff.
For us, the breakfast room was small and quite warm… It would be so nice to be able to sit outside easily, but perhaps that is a separate restaurant… I think being outside is always nice!

We got upgraded to a spacious room which was a nice treat for my dad's birthday trip! We did Uber a lot because his mobility is limited and we never had a problem with pick up. The view from the room was beautiful. Great and welcoming staff all around. The mini bar was a bonus because we brought our own snacks. The bathtub was huge and I was finally able to enjoy a nice bubble bath after years (I'm 5'10)

The room was spacious and set up with nice style, feeling more like a home than a hotel room. There was plenty of space to store things, and a beautiful bathroom.
Only very minor things, like some sugar crumble we found in a desk drawer, barely worth mentioning. In the nice old building, one has to beware a bit of the diagonal wooden beams in the upper rooms :)

Wonderful property that immediately transports the mind body and soul into the heart of old town Prague. Easy to access anything and everything one could want with THE MOST helpful staff that was able to answer all of our questions at the desk and through whatsapp communication.
Perfect hotel I have nothing bad to say. Exceeded all expectations for our family.

Amazingly located hotel with large bedrooms, attentive staff and great breakfast. The rooms were big and airy so teenage children didn’t feel cooped up.
Our electricity did go off one day in the daytime when an AC unit was being fixed but again staff were great and because the rooms are so large and airy it didn’t get too hot despite it being a very warm day.

Very responsive and nice staff. Especially Eliska.
The hotel is cozy and in the center of Prague. The room was quite big especially for the center hotel .
Air conditioning was a little not coping with the 30+ degrees heat outside.
