Staff couldn't be more helpful. They went over and above to make our stay even more comfortable.
The room had an amazing view and was incredibly light and spacious. The hotel's location, one minute from Staroměstské Náměstí, couldn't be better. Right in the heart of the Old Town.

Excellent Stay at Josephine Old Town Hotel
I had a wonderful stay at the Josephine Old Town Hotel in Prague. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the Old Town, just a few minutes’ walk from all the major sights, restaurants, and cafes. Despite being so central, the hotel is quiet and very comfortable.
The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel at home. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept great every night. I also appreciated the small details, like the well-stocked amenities and the overall attention to comfort.
The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They were always ready to answer questions, give recommendations, and make sure everything went smoothly during my stay.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend the Josephine Old Town Hotel to anyone visiting Prague, and I would be happy to stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel was excellent . Our room was huge and the hotel was perfectly placed not far from the square of the old city. The staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. I would very happily recommend a stay here and, actually, already have to friends. This was one of the best stays of our trip so far

We loved the rooms and the location of this hotel. The staff were very friendly as well. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff were nice enough to give us a bottle of frizzante in our room. We didn't end up drinking it (too many good bars in Prague) but loved the gesture. Our room had a great view of the square and while it was loud in the evenings, we expected that to be the case given the bar scene in Prague and brought ear plugs.

Amazing location, INCREDIBLE service and hospitality, I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering their stay in Prague! The restaurant below is also amazing quality and ambience. So glad I chose to stay here in Prague.

Wonderful breakfast. All the staff were exceptional. Very friendly and very helpful. They arranged excellent transportation for our group of six. Our room was large and spotless, with as comfortable a bed as I've ever slept on. The location cannot be topped. Hard by the Old Town Square. If we return to Prague we will be staying at the Hotel Josephine.
