Friendly host and convenient free parking in the yard.
It’s located on a busy street, which makes it a bit noisy. The building is older, and especially the windows aren’t modern double-glazed, so there’s a lot of street noise. Additionally, you can’t open the windows due to the noise, and there’s no elevator in the building.

The excellent location, in 5 minutes you reach the tram station from where you can take 18 which takes you in 10 minutes directly to the center. Tesco open non-stop 200 meters from the apartment, parking in the guarded yard, fully equipped kitchen. Everything was perfect.

The apartment was very clean and very well equipped - loved the attention to detail. It's also very close to many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc. And of course the possibility to park free inside is a big bonus. The host was very welcoming and accommodated to us arriving very late - a very nice person : )

+ location, close to public transport
+ the interior, except doors and windows, was like new
+ hosts and people living around were nice
+ in general, I had rather good time considering just 4 night stay
- there was some noise from the steep street, but the issue was in old wooden windows/doors. upgrade to plastic ones (most of the neighbors do have them) could solve the issue
- to me, the bed matress was way too soft with little to none back support
- SENCOR TV seemed to be obsolete, I could not put USB stick into it due bad shaping and therefore play movies, I would suggest to upgrade it as well (SAMSUNG or PHILIPS are USB movie friendly for example)

The location (area around the flat). Was clean and big for two. Was easy to use public transportation. I could use closed parking place.
Just very minor: the flat is on a hill-road and some cars in the early morning were a bit noisy, but not too many, acceptable. Generally a quite place.

Its a good flat with a good balcony, indeed two balcony. Everything was perfect except the shower thing which can be corrected easily.
shower hose was short, so a 1.73 cm man like me could hardly put it over the head. I can't imagine a 1.80 man, he must sit down to wash his head. The shortness of the hose make it obligatory to stand close to drain. (my 175 cm son's foot was injured by the drain, thedrain creates danger for the feet ) The shower problems must be considered by the host.
If someone is obsessed with noise/silence in the night, the street of the apartment is a ramp and has vehicle noise that may may disturb noise sensitive people.

Wonderful
Very very friendly and helpful host, extremely clean spacious and cosy apartment. Parking spot just near the house. Close to a few tram lines to the city center. Just a few steps awat there is a nice place to drink coffee with a cake and nice restaurant.

Close to the public transport and many restaurants close by. Really nice host did meat us in person :)
The shower was a little tiny due to weird way the Curtin is hanging and there was no overhead shower holder.

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and give us information that we requested.
The location is bit far away from the city Center ( 25 min by Public transport) but the neighbourhood is calm, safe and there are supermarkets and restaurants around. There are good options of public transportation as well.

Very responsive host. Gave us all the needed instructions regarding our stay in Prague. Shopping, restaurants and public transportation within minutes. Free parking on the property. Easy 30 min "door to door" trip to the old town

it is a spacious apartment with anything you might need (even a washing machine). the host is super friendly (full of tips for prague attractions), parking convenient and the lady who let us in was very friendly. we even got some treats as we stayed during Easter.
can't think of anything bad. everything was perfect for our family

Stepan was a helpfull and a great host, everything was planned in details, no problem with anything. Apt. was cosy, just as expected, equipped in all necessary things with quite good localozarion wherefrom I could just walk 15 minutes to my conference center.

Wonderful
Spotless apartment, very near the tram. Nespresso machine was very convenient. Washing machine was a big help to us. Lots of toys in the bedroom for our little one which was great. Supermarkets, restaurants etc nearby.
Stephen facilitated a late check in and check out, and helped us with our luggage up the stairs.
Very happy.
The mattress on the bed wasn't great in my opinion.
