Friendly and helpful staff.
Superb location just off the old town square
We had a junior suite and the romm was extremely spacious and very comfortable.
Breakfast was buffet style but good quality (especially the partries!) and regularly replenished
Hot water ran out in the morning - apparently this is a frequent problem when the hotel is full as local planning rules prevent more boilers . So very hot at 0700, ok at 0730, but coolish at 0800

The room was nice, clean. The food was good.
We came by our car. The dissapointing thing was the parking place, nearly 1 km away from hotel. I can easily understand there is pedestrian zone but this thing must be written on reservation page. I would chose other hotel having parking very near by. Also you need to give the car to vallet to park which also cost some. If you need some things from the car you have to walk till the parking place and back. The entrance of the hotel was very crowdy decorated. I couldnt define the style, At the reception, the stuff was sitting down on the back of the desk, that u couldn t see their head even...Very unsual...

Possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed in! Like staying in a castle, filled with maze like corridors leading to annexs and quirky areas of the hotel. I can't describe how charming and cosy it was. The staff were incredibly friendly and the whole hotel was splendid!! I will absolutely be returning. Thanks

We took the suite, felt like home.
Something very ridiculous for 5stars hotel and knowing we took one of the biggest suites in the hotel:
They make you pay for the water on the desk

Superb location and ambience
No milk in the room - so although you have tea and coffee/kettle - you still need to get some milk from the breakfast buffet.

Perfect location, beautiful room, and great staff! Something to consider if you are staying- ask for a room that does not have windows towards the street because it was a bit too noisey for us when we were trying to sleep.

Great breakfrest, nice hotel, very near to Orloj and romantic place
Very big noise, we were in third floor and we couldn't sleep. Each moment somebody was screaming on the street. In night, people make noise with doors. The hotel should buy equipment for slow closong at the doors.
We almost didn't sleep.
On breakfrest was screeping noise from air condition or something other.
We rented expensive room in this hotel but nwxt time we going to try different hotel in Prague.
