Very quirky hotel, beautiful place. Staff were lovely. Location is excellent, close to everything.
Breakfast set up is a nightmare, back and fore through kitchen to the buffet. I understand that it's an older building but there needs to be a better set up, it's dangerous traipsing through narrow space when you're carrying cups and plates. Should change it to waiter service.
Room was beautiful but poorly lit, as it had few windows, it's really dark. Needed better lighting. Room 306.
And had to pay for water in the room which was a bit stingy as it's not cheap to stay here.

An excellent Location to see the old town. Close to everything for tourists spots
We had an unexpected room( we dont like the room very much) for staying first night , since the hotel full booked according the hotel staffs. And we got a room we like on next day. Hope the hotel has more flexible for customers service.

The rooms of the hotel are very nicely decorated with wooden furniture, we had everything we needed for our stay including the slippers and bathrobes (a nice touch). The rooms were clean and seemed very well taken care of. The hotel itself is also beautiful on the inside and we enjoyed its central location. We also stayed at the hotels open air bar on one of the evenings, the atmosphere and the drinks were great.
The breakfast was very chaotic, not much variety of foods on offer, and we didnt get the treatment one would expect from a five star hotel from the staff during breakfast. The staff seemed very indifferent to the guests, and if youre unlucky to get seated at the downstairs area where the buffet is placed youll have the most stressful start to your day - the staff is rushing around, plates get tossed on their shelves, its very loud and you just want to get it over and done with as soon as possible rather than enjoy your morning coffee. For nearly 300/night we expected some more luxury-feel.

The hotel is unique and special, I love the historic touch. The room was great, stylish and comfortable. The breakfast is buffet type, the bread was fresh, there was a nice variaty of fruit- which was a nice to have with breakfast. There was a nice variaty of food to choose from. The location is superb, very close to the Old Town Hall, and s walking distance from many main attractions of thd city.
