Very Good
I enjoyed the ambiance of the property. Beautifully designed with high chandeliers and artwork. The Deer restaurant was a bonus, with good food and service.
I found Deer restaurant overpriced, plus, the tip of 12.5% was automatically added to the bill. I strongly feel it should've been left to me to choose it.
Breakfast was included in my price of stay. Frankly, it left a lot to be desired. Every day, I would come down for Breakfast only to find eggs, sausages, bacon not being warmed up, forget about having hot breakfast.
Oh, yes.....I found some staff personnel being unfriendly and ignoramus. But, there were diamonds in the rough among them!
Lastly, I'm sorry to say, my experience with locals are not a friendly bunch of people.

Excellent location in historic area near old square and astronomical clock. Excellent breakfast. Room excellent.
Was difficult to manage thermostat in room so was a bit too hot. Otherwise excellent.

Wonderful
Stunning suite with beautiful old period furniture. Room was spotless and large (room 106) There was a separate sitting area with an additional tv. Location is excellent 2 minute walk to astronomical clock. We didnt use trams because everything was within walking distance. Restaurants, bars and attractions on your doorstep. Hotel staff provided very good customer service. When we left early on our last day the hotel had provided a packed breakfast for us which was a very nice touch. They can also provide hotel transfers 40 euros each way was but an uber would be cheaper its a 30 minute ride or take a tram.
Breakfast was ok but having to go down stairs to the buffet to then go back up stairs to eat was a little chaotic. There were tables in the buffet basement area but this was cramped when full with other diners. Small side plates were provided for the hot buffet options but too small to place all items available on the plate so a little frustrating and requiring a few visits to the basement to top your plate up. We would suggest that you dont book breakfast with the room rate but pay for the ala carte breakfast which was served at you seat in the restaurant, there are also plenty of cafes right outside the hotel front door.

Disappointing
Location perfect, clean room, warm,
With the exception of a few staff, in general the staff were to put it mildly were obnoxious with the dining staff bordering on downright rude. Female restaurant waitresses were sitting on tables and using their mobile phones.
One bartender was helpful, however in front of customers an obvious senior rotund gentleman with a red shirt berating the bartender.
The receptionist upon our arrival was clearly unhappy we actually were attempting to book in.
We clearly asked for quiet locations for our bedrooms but received a room onto a busy night street.
We would and could not recommend this premises.

The central location is fabulous as well as this being a beautiful hotel. The staff are welcoming, polite and cannot do enough for you. Very relaxing accommodation with great facilities.

The location of the hotel is off the main square through a few alleyways. The hotel is very quaint, typical Old Town Prague with character and charm. Our room was two stories with a living room downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. The view wasn't much since the next bldging was in touch distance.
The breakfast included was basic and offered nothing different each day, so the selection got boring quickly. The included breakfast so not located in the main restaurant seating, so we felt like we were put off to an undisclosed location out of sight of the patrons.
