The location of the hotel is off the main square through a few alleyways. The hotel is very quaint, typical Old Town Prague with character and charm. Our room was two stories with a living room downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. The view wasn't much since the next bldging was in touch distance.
The breakfast included was basic and offered nothing different each day, so the selection got boring quickly. The included breakfast so not located in the main restaurant seating, so we felt like we were put off to an undisclosed location out of sight of the patrons.

Great location,, friendly staff and helpful.
Our child had an accident in bed, and the staff handled it quickly and kindly.
The room was spotlessly clean.
Unfortunately, the hot water in the room was often too cold to shower. We were told that the boiler is shared between rooms and that during peak usage the hot water can run out.
A room change was mentioned but was not confirmed and required manager approval, so it was not a guaranteed solution. We chose not to pursue it further because we didn’t want to lose vacation time packing and unpacking again.
Consistent hot water is a basic hotel expectation, and this issue negatively affected our comfort

The central location of this property was top notch. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see, the astronomical clock was just around the corner as well as the Christmas market. It was perfect!
The property was amazing. Best hotel we stayed at out of the 4 we booked for this trip.

Perfect location, beautiful room, and great staff! Something to consider if you are staying- ask for a room that does not have windows towards the street because it was a bit too noisey for us when we were trying to sleep.

From start to finish our stay was fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the hotel was beyond beautiful! Our room was a junior suite and it was so large and very comfortable. Ceiling beams were hand painted with lovely designs. A complete pleasure to stay here.
The only thing that wasn’t great was the shower in the tub The door didn’t do a good job of keeping the water from getting all over the floor

Everything was alright, location was really convenient. I'd definitely visit again.

Total hygiene was good.
The only thing that needs some work/renovation was bathroom. But it is not really a major issue.

A/C didn’t work in the first room. But staff assisted with a move to another room as soon as possible. The bed in the second room was very uncomfortable.

Property and hotel/bar staff were very nice and very accommodating.
Staff during breakfast buffet were curt and only interested in clients who were ordering off the menu. Only down side of the stay.
