We took the suite, felt like home.
Something very ridiculous for 5stars hotel and knowing we took one of the biggest suites in the hotel:
They make you pay for the water on the desk

Superb location and ambience
No milk in the room - so although you have tea and coffee/kettle - you still need to get some milk from the breakfast buffet.

Perfect location, beautiful room, and great staff! Something to consider if you are staying- ask for a room that does not have windows towards the street because it was a bit too noisey for us when we were trying to sleep.

Great breakfrest, nice hotel, very near to Orloj and romantic place
Very big noise, we were in third floor and we couldn't sleep. Each moment somebody was screaming on the street. In night, people make noise with doors. The hotel should buy equipment for slow closong at the doors.
We almost didn't sleep.
On breakfrest was screeping noise from air condition or something other.
We rented expensive room in this hotel but nwxt time we going to try different hotel in Prague.

Very crowded dinning room, tables too close together
We traveled with a little dog throughout Europe from Canada. This is not a pet friendly hotel as it advertises
Pets are allowed but there is lots of restrictions.
Beautiful hotel but if you have a pet with you.
It is not recommended.

Beautiful historical building in the centre of the old town only minutes walk to the Astronomical Clock & Prague Square… absolutely breathtaking!! Highly recommend this hotel.
Bed was a bit hard - but that was the only downside

The buffet breakfast offerings were excellent. For me it was a bit difficult to get there as I have mobilty issues and avoid stairs whenever possible.
