The location of the hotel is off the main square through a few alleyways. The hotel is very quaint, typical Old Town Prague with character and charm. Our room was two stories with a living room downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. The view wasn't much since the next bldging was in touch distance.
The breakfast included was basic and offered nothing different each day, so the selection got boring quickly. The included breakfast so not located in the main restaurant seating, so we felt like we were put off to an undisclosed location out of sight of the patrons.

The restaurant staff are very rude. Beware, even though you are a guest, they still charge a cover charge to sit in the restaurant.

Great location,, friendly staff and helpful.
Our child had an accident in bed, and the staff handled it quickly and kindly.
The room was spotlessly clean.
Unfortunately, the hot water in the room was often too cold to shower. We were told that the boiler is shared between rooms and that during peak usage the hot water can run out.
A room change was mentioned but was not confirmed and required manager approval, so it was not a guaranteed solution. We chose not to pursue it further because we didn’t want to lose vacation time packing and unpacking again.
Consistent hot water is a basic hotel expectation, and this issue negatively affected our comfort

The central location of this property was top notch. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see, the astronomical clock was just around the corner as well as the Christmas market. It was perfect!
The property was amazing. Best hotel we stayed at out of the 4 we booked for this trip.

this hotel does not provide wellness facitilities (or if it does i was not made aware of it) so if you are looking for spa, treatments, gym, pool etc this isnt your place
