All staff behaviour was great. Restaurant for lunch and dinner also. Excelent location in the center of Old Town with historical atmosfere.
Breakfast was low standard compare to the hotel level and restaurant quality.
The hotel don't have parking place, because of the hotel's location in pedestrian zone.
After agreement with the staff, it is possible to arrive with car at the hotel to unload and load suitcases. So you have to call to the reception before arrive. The ideal parking is the Old Town Parking at the Czech Philharmonic - Rudolfinum. It is 10mins walking ditance. So with the helpful staff everything was fine.

The location was good.
This was not a 5 star hotel. Having to walk through the kitchen to the buffet is not usual. The room had no window, was in the courtyard and felt more like an Airbnb than a 5 star hotel!! Staff were lovely but they don’t have the tools to support them!!

Fantastic location. Old world vibe.
Nothing except that we got our dates mixed up and needed to stay an extra night. Hotel charged us an awful lot more than Booking.com rate as it was “last minute reservation”. Smacked of rip off.

Very nice location. Beautiful room. God breakfast.
Difficult to reach by taxi from airport. We had a much better excusing the hotel ride service for our return trip.
