The room was so beautiful! The bed very comfortable. The location is perfect ! Easy to walk all around! We loved it and we love the brand Nuxe that was for the shower
For a 5 stars the coffee and tea should be a better quality like for example an espresso coffee machine instead of Nescafé sachets and better tea brands.

Central location in busy old town area, walk to sights. Huge rooms with antiques. Great staff. Deer Restaurant inside good too

I LOVED the beauty and charm of the hotel. Our room was grand and spacious and very quiet. What I really appreciated was our rooms were ready early, so we didn't lose anytime settling in and walking around the town. The location was fabulous!
Breakfast was included but was down stairs without a handrail and could be tricky for folks with any mobility issues whatsoever. I also wanted coffee just a few minutes before the breakfast opened (literally 3 minutes), and was told no. I was so surprised, as our reception was so welcoming at the front desk.
