Everything was exactly as described. The staff was friendly and helpful, the city center was only about 15 minutes away by tram, and the breakfast was decent. Free parking is a benefit. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money.

I really loved staying at this hotel :) It was super comfy, easy, and just had a really good vibe overall!! Everything felt smooth and welcoming, which made the whole stay a real pleasure. Special thanks to Zhontonio at the front desk, he was incredibly helpful. He shared a QR code for a special map, recommended lots of great places to visit, and gave us honest tips about tourist traps to avoid and the spots actually worth going to. After gave me a voucher for car wash FOR FREE!! Thanks to his advice, our stay with my friends in Prague was absolutely fantastic…
Honestly, nothing major at all - everything was pretty much spot on. The only thing I didn’t like was that it could get a bit noisy from the neighboring rooms sometimes, and the internet wasn’t working well for a while :(

Great stay overall! The staff were very friendly and professional, making the experience even more pleasant. The hotel is in an excellent location on the Slavia Prague stadium, with easy access to the city center—just about 20 minutes by tram. The rooms were clean and modern, and the free parking was a big plus.
During our stay, several junior sports teams were also at the hotel, and the boys were quite loud, so noise was frequent. In addition, the rooms are very small, and it was a bit cold in the rooms, (in April)

The room was neat, clean and pleasant. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We were given a discount on dinner at the restaurant and bar, as well as the Praha pass, which gave us a good discount on the water park. Parking was free. We were pleasantly pleased to receive a birthday greeting from our daughter during our stay at the hotel. I can recommend this hotel.

Convenient to transportation and shopping
So overpriced but our other rental cancelled on us day before arrival. We had no choice. One bed was more like sleeping in bubble gum had no firmness left.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The reception team was especially welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the first moment, creating a positive and relaxed atmosphere. The check-in and check-out experiences felt personal and well handled, and the small gestures and attention to detail were appreciated.
The massage therapist, Tor, was kind and professional, and the treatment itself was enjoyable.
The room was a real highlight - clean, comfortable, and had an impressive view of the stadium, so cool!
The location is also a plus: the hotel is close to a shopping mall, public transportation, and the city center, all within a short and convenient distance.
Overall, this is a great option for travelers looking for good service, a comfortable stay, and an easy base for exploring the city. All in a really affordable price!

Wonderful stay !
We had an excellent experience at Iris Hotel Eden. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out always ready with a smile and useful recommendations.
The location is perfect: just steps away from the tram stop, making it easy to reach Prague’s city center in about 15 minutes. Having the Eden Shopping Center right next door was a huge plus for grabbing food or picking up anything we needed.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day. We also loved the unique setting within the Eden Arena complex it gives the hotel a distinctive character you won’t find elsewhere.
Great value for money. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague!
