Everything was exactly as described. The staff was friendly and helpful, the city center was only about 15 minutes away by tram, and the breakfast was decent. Free parking is a benefit. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money.

Staff very friendly, parking availability good. Breakfast was very nice, with a large selection. Rooms were a good size and clean.
Unfortunately we had an issue with a smell in our bathroom. They attempted to fix it, it was fixed somewhat, but smell did remain. We had to have the window open the whole stay. I feel it was an isolated incident though

Very welcoming and thoughtful personnel, they speak English and Russian and whatever languages you would need. Good large room with all facities: coffee, tea, minibar. Mcdonalds in the same building. Nice mall across the road. Parking included. Public transport stops nearby - 30 minutes to city centre
