Everything was perfect so we didn't need to worry about too much. Parking for free, bus station in front of the hotel, good breakfast and of course, very warm and helpful staff. If this hotel is not 10/10, then I don't know which one is.

The room was clean and cozy and the staff was really kind and welcoming. We also had everything we needed. Overall, we had an excellent stay.
The shower door didn’t close and there was water pouring on the floor but since we staying one night, it didn’t really bother us that much.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was perfectly clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh options. Even though there was a big football match that day, the atmosphere around the hotel was lively and positive, and we had no trouble parking later on. Our son especially enjoyed the stay — everything felt warm, safe, and top-level.
There was nothing we didn’t like. Because of the football match, the hotel parking was temporarily closed, but we easily parked on the street and later reparked. This was not an issue for us.

Wonderful
The reception staff were very helpful and provided plenty of information about the area and transport for getting into the centre. The rooms were lovely, clean and the beds were so comfy, we all had a great sleep while we were there. The trams were the best way to travel around, from Iris Eden they took about 15-20 minutes and the stop was a 3 minute walk from the hotel.
We didn't find anything we didn't like.
