Wonderful
Hotel was nice, helpful staff, free parking in front of the hotel, good breakfast, relatively near tram and bus stations for getting around Prague. You receive a free Prague pass with discounts to attractions, and at check out you receive a small gift which was a nice touch. Also there is a shopping center across the street.
There were a lot of wasps annoying you during breakfast, both indoors and outdoors, it was quite frustrating since you couldn't eat anywhere in peace.
There were some steps in the hallways so if you have heavy luggage or a stroller you'll have to carry them.
Elevators were a bit slow to arrive, several times we opted for the stairs instead of waiting.

Overall stay was fine, but the shower could use some maintenance — it was leaking slightly and the water pressure wasn’t very strong.

Super clean, nice room, amazing service, wide spread of breakfast, close to supermarket, local shopping malls, and also the tram too! The free parking is huge. Great choice!
