Very nice receptionist, explained everything and made sure we enjoy the stay. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Good access to public transport.
The access to car park was a bit confusing and the car park is quite small considering the size of hotel.

Amazing Stay at Iris Hotel Eden!
Our stay at Iris Hotel Eden was absolutely fantastic, truly a 10/10 experience! We were so touched to receive a thoughtful birthday gift from the hotel - it made the celebration even more special.
A huge thank you to Evgenii at the reception for his exceptional service. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The hotel itself is wonderful, offering everything you could ask for. We highly recommend Iris Hotel Eden to anyone visiting the area and can't wait to come back!

I had a fantastic stay at Iris Eden Hotel in Prague! The hotel was very nice and exceptionally clean, with spacious rooms that had everything needed for a perfect and comfortable visit. The staff were pleasant and always ready to help, and the breakfast offered a great variety to choose from each morning. I’m very glad I chose this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others!
The only downside was my experience with the hotel restaurant—I ordered a beef burger for dinner, but unfortunately the meat was so chewy it was impossible to eat. When I mentioned this to the staff, they were apologetic and offered me a free beer as compensation, which I appreciated, but the quality of the meal was disappointing.

Everything from the welcoming staff to the high quality of the room was perfect. Everyone was extremely friendly and polite and the room itself was extremely spacious, clean and well maintained. The parking is also quite nice and safe, and it being included in the price is a very nice bonus.
