I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Prague. The location is excellent, with public transportation just 2 minutes away – both tram and bus stops are very close, making it easy to get around the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained and spotless.
The only downside was a strong chemical smell, likely from the cleaning products.

Good choice to cater for international clientele. Room serviced daily. Good information for travelers at reception. Helpful staff. Good transport links and large shopping centre nearby.
More public seating at reception for people waiting for taxis etc.
