After reading some of negative comments form other quests I was bit concerned but my stay in the hotel was very good. Hotel is quite modern although could be maintained a little better but nothing significant to complain about. Although I got a message they cannot guarantee parking slot for everyone there was no issue finding one upon arrival. Personnel was friendly and professional. Very easy connection from the hotel to main touristic attractions. Breakfast was nice with an exception of bread that was not fresh. Overall it was a good experience and I would book the hotel again.

Very good location next to a huge mall. 3 minutes walking to tram station from where you can pick a tram for any destination in Prague. Good quality breakfast. Highly recommended for families.

Iris Hotel Eden exceeded our expectations. Secure free parking, good area close to a mall and Tesco supermarket, modern and clean room with good soundproofing. We had good, undisturbed sleeps during our 2 nights there. Breakfast spread was fantastic, even catering for gluten free and vegan. Also special mention to hostess Kristyma who was friendly and helpful. There is a tram stop across the hotel where you can take Tram 22 to town centre. It takes around 20 mins to reach Old Town Square. When we checked out, we were given water bottles for our journey back, a souvenir and discount voucher for our next stay. We are definitely staying in Iris Hotel Eden again whenever we visit Prague.
The check-in staff did not give us welcome drink vouchers. Only found out later from friends who were also staying there. We got the vouchers when we asked the reception.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and the service was prompt. The breakfast spread was also very good and had variations everyday unlike most hotels. The location is excellent with tram and bus stops very close by and a shopping mall next door.
The day we arrived there was a football match in the arena which caused disruption in traffic and parking and it was very crowded but that's something you get once in a while.

Very interesting hotel, located directly inside a football stadium. Don't miss a match while you are there! Excellent breakfast, well maintained facilities and friendly staff. Tram no.22 which takes you to Charles Bridge is right next to the hotel.
Bed mattresses need to be changed.

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Hotel Iris Eden!
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Every interaction felt personal and attentive, making us feel right at home in Prague.
The facilities are excellent – clean, modern, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location, right next to the Slavia Arena, was perfect for both exploring the city and enjoying local attractions.
The breakfast deserves a special mention – a generous and varied selection of fresh, delicious options. From fresh pastries to hot dishes, everything was of great quality and constantly replenished.
Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Iris Eden. Fantastic service, great amenities, and a breakfast you’ll actually look forward to.

New, clean and 5 min walk to tram and train station. Huge selection at Breakfast with selection of gluten free cakes, bread n lactose free milk/ soya milk and yogurt. Breakfast Hostess Christine is always cheerful and helpful.
Would appreciate bigger bins in bedrooms n complimentary water and a box of tissues.
