The hotel's localisation is really good. One has everything in the neibourhoods: a small shopping Center with supermarket, restaurants, pubblic transports. Moreover the city Center is easily reachable from the hotel. The staff was really Kind and helpful, the young man in the reeception was really nice, gave us a lot of Information without even being asked for. The room was ok and the breakfast quite good with variety of cakes, fruits. I reccomend this hotel to eveyone who is searching for commodity without spending a lot of money. It was one of the best hotels I've been to, when it comes to price and quality
The ladies in the breakfast Restaurant were not the nicest.

Room:
The room was clean and tidy and we found a crib waiting for our baby in the room already.
Breakfast:
Was diverse and tasty.
Location:
Its not in the city center but If you plan to use public transportation, it has a great access to multiple tram lines that can get you to the city center in around 25mins.
Parking:
The parking was free.
the direct parking of the hotel is relatively very small but you can use the extended one (not paved and mostly just dirt but it does the job)

The ambience is comforting and breakfast is fantastic
The staff took forever to check us in . We had to wait like 2 hours before he could give us the key, even though we had coordinated ahead of time . The check in was at 3 pm but he didnt give us key until 4.30

Very clean, good location, friendly staff, Yuuri from the front office was very helpful, nice breakfast, location is also good and you can reach to the city center by tram in 25 min

Very helpful staff. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. The possibility of free parking (this is a very big advantage in Prague). It is convenient to reach the old town by tram (the stop is a few minutes away).

Staff : first impact with Mr Yuuri and he was FANTASTIC ! A real pleasure to speak with him, he provided us all the information that we needed; because of employees like Yuuri, Vclav and Ileana we will come back

Parking in front of the hotel, with video surveillance, so no problem.
The center of the city was a little bit far, but in 20 minutes you are there; Praga center is quite expensive, but overall okay, we will come back.
We travel a lot through all of Europe, but in Praga we felt REALLY SECURE/SAFE.
