Water dispenser (when it worked)
Not in Wenceslas Square, in fact quite a long walk away. Shower leaked and difficult to get under given location of soap dispenser. Temperature setting adjustment didn't work, although usually comfortable. Nowhere to put sponge bag in bathroom. Little things that led to discontent.

I had a great stay at this hotel during a trip to Prague with friends. Everything was perfect, but what really stood out was the cleanliness, the warm and friendly welcome, and the amazing breakfast. Highly recommend this place — it made our stay even more enjoyable!Je

Very confortable and cosy rooms. Great location, only a few minutes walking to Wenceslas square and very well connected to many tourist attractions by public transport (tram 22). Continental breakfast with a lot of variety every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back in a future visit to Prague!

We got towels with clugs of hair of some other person. Very dusty extreamly dusty airconditioner. Sound isolation is basicly non existent.
