Good value for money. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Clean.

It was clean and very comfortable. The only downside was the noise from the trams — sometimes it was so loud that we couldn’t sleep.

Location is good
I don't like that the room has no toiletries no kettle no slippers and the
Covers of beds are not cleaned everyday they just make the bed
First day i told the receptionist to have the breakfast of second day in box coz i will travel ,he refused i should had tell them before it 2 days (how i could i tell them when i don't know) this is a very simple thing to do
The third day i want an exception to open the restaurant earlier 15 mnts because i will travel and check out, so i asked them for that 4 times a day so they can reply as wait i will ask the manager
(Its so simple thing) yes or no

Location and buffet breakfast.The cleaning lady is friendly and does a great job.
One of the front desk receptionist (man) is not friendly. He does not look at you when talking and did not smile . We did not feel welcomed. At least the lady ( another shift) was friendly .

From the very start the hotel staff was in touch through messages about the stay then clear directions to meet the taxi and how to travel to hotel. On arrival the taxi plus a very friendly driver was there on time to welcome us and take to the hotel to stay where c/in was done through the machine as we had arrived past 2200hrs , the comfortable room , breakfast well presented, friendly and attentive staff especially housekeeping every department and finally to keep our luggage safely, every thing was perfect and thank you very much, there is a world map on the wall and every night i could see my wife and son standing across and seeing which all countries visited , which all countries to visit and also learn new new countries and places, it was a learning experience too , amazing location especially the park outside the hotel where one could sit for hours and see Prague trams and daily life pass through you amazing feeling and yes safe

It is close to the main station, and you can feel the trains passing by. It does not bother me, but my wife would be bothered by it.

Room furnishings and cleanliness were perfectly adequate as expected. Breakfast was very good. Reception staff were excellent (see below)
Room was on 1st floor facing onto trams which passed every 2 mins. Room vibrated when they passed, so not ideal. We could actually deal with this, but 2nd night next door bar/nightclub started their music at 10pm and our bedroom wall was the connecting wall. The night staff were able to relocate us so that we could sleep that one night, as we were leaving next day.

Disappointing
The staff at reception were very friendly and efficient. The location was excellent, very close to the train station which we needed the following morning. They had a lift to help get bags to higher levels of the building.
The bathroom flooded once we had a shower. Upon inspection it was clearly a known about issue, as they had put a piece of wood at the entry to the bathroom you had to step over to get in, which was obviously to stop the water reaching the carpet. We both had short showers and even so there was easily an inch of water that covered the bathroom floor. Very frustrating and a slip hazard.

We were having only one night cause of the late flight, accommodation is perfect for those who need the railway station. Still it's not far from city center. Breakfast was good. Lady on reception was very friendly.
