The location was very nice. Near to all major attractions. Very near to the central Station. Many restaurants nearby. Many supermarkets nearby. Overall a very central location.
The washroom was leaking and they had to stop the leak using towels. This could be only our room. However this was not a good situation. The room was quite small. You have to adjust in a very small room. There was no kettle in the room for hot water.

Breakfast had mostly pork varieties, I don't eat pork so for me there was very less to select in a breakfast.
My room cleanliness was very poor and I did complaint to receptionist and he said to me that he can't really do anything as they were fully booked so he was unable to move me to another room, major issue was a spider webs in my room and I killed two spiders in that room which wasn't comfortable at all whole night and I did go to reception to complaint about that but receptionist responded that I should contact to booking com. On top of that I really would like you to compensate me with something as I booked this hotel through your website.

The location is nice.
The breakfast was terrible. I went down once and saw it like that, so I didn't go back again. The location is nice, but the tram passing by makes the place shake, which kept me awake. Also, the hotel was very noisy on Friday and Saturday, which bothered me.
