It is close to the main station, and you can feel the trains passing by. It does not bother me, but my wife would be bothered by it.

Wonderful
Location was excellent! And beds were comfortable. Delicious breakfast too!
The shower didn’t really drain and caused a mess/lake in the bathroom when used.

Disappointing
The staff at reception were very friendly and efficient. The location was excellent, very close to the train station which we needed the following morning. They had a lift to help get bags to higher levels of the building.
The bathroom flooded once we had a shower. Upon inspection it was clearly a known about issue, as they had put a piece of wood at the entry to the bathroom you had to step over to get in, which was obviously to stop the water reaching the carpet. We both had short showers and even so there was easily an inch of water that covered the bathroom floor. Very frustrating and a slip hazard.

Room furnishings and cleanliness were perfectly adequate as expected. Breakfast was very good. Reception staff were excellent (see below)
Room was on 1st floor facing onto trams which passed every 2 mins. Room vibrated when they passed, so not ideal. We could actually deal with this, but 2nd night next door bar/nightclub started their music at 10pm and our bedroom wall was the connecting wall. The night staff were able to relocate us so that we could sleep that one night, as we were leaving next day.

We were having only one night cause of the late flight, accommodation is perfect for those who need the railway station. Still it's not far from city center. Breakfast was good. Lady on reception was very friendly.

Disappointing
Due to a delay in our bus service, we arrived at the hotel late. As a result, we had to check in using the machine at the reception, which naturally caused considerable inconvenience. It is certainly unpleasant not to find anyone at the front desk to assist. I could list several other shortcomings as well.
Our room faced the gap between buildings, making it dark and poorly ventilated. The corridors smelled terribly bad. To reach our room, we had to scan our card through multiple doors, yet we were provided with only one key card, which was impractical.
The breakfast was very poor, and at the entrance, there was a sign stating, “If you take food outside, you will be fined,” which I found quite rude. There was no kettle in the room, and when I asked for one, I was told they were only available in premium rooms — they refused to provide one.
In terms of amenities, the room resembled a hostel more than a hotel. There was no bottled water, no shampoo, and the TV was tiny. Most of the staff were unfriendly.
I seriously doubt I would ever consider staying here again. The only redeeming quality of the hotel, in my opinion, was its location — within walking distance of several key sights.

The location was good, especially if travelling by train or bus and the breakfast was great.
Pretty rude staff (although the cleaning staff seemed nice). After travelling 24 hours and tired, the receptionist was very curt because I didn’t sign the paperwork properly and was actually going to deny me my pre-paid room because I didn’t have the 2 Euro city tax (actually I did but they wouldn’t make change). Finally accepted my credit card. Hotel is well worn although room was clean enough. I relocated after one night.

The location was great. Walking distance to the tourist sites. The break was awesome and staff were nice and helpful.
