Perfect location and really great for the price range!
The trams making a bit of noise all the time, because they pass right in front of the hotel. There weren’t enough electricity sockets in the room. Ours had only one and it wasn’t comfortable to charge the devices for two people.

Very clean, no smell of cigarette. Breakfast was nice. Staff of the hotel are very prompt and friendly,
Since I went for surgery I needed microwave in my room, for special food to reheat. unfortunately they don’t provide but overall it was very nice staying there amenities shops tram link just put side of the hotel.

I don't like that the room has no toiletries no kettle no slippers and the Covers of beds are not cleaned everyday they just make the bed First day i told the receptionist to have the breakfast of second day in box coz i will travel ,he refused i should had tell them before it 2 days (how i could i tell them when i don't know) this is a very simple thing to do The third day i want an exception to open the restaurant earlier 15 mnts because i will travel and check out, so i asked them for that 4 times a day so they can reply as wait i will ask the manager (Its so simple thing) yes or no I will not recommend it again

Location and buffet breakfast.The cleaning lady is friendly and does a great job.
One of the front desk receptionist (man) is not friendly. He does not look at you when talking and did not smile . We did not feel welcomed. At least the lady ( another shift) was friendly .
