I have stayed here several times before. I like the location and the staff. The room was warm enough in the cold days.
I travel for work, thus I need a desk. However, the room was not suited for work - no desk, no enough place to put your things on. The shower space was inconveniently narrow, and without the expected facilities.

A medication is excellent just 10 minutes. Walk from Charles Bridge and plenty of shops. Just a walking distance from the hotel
It’s not too convenient. The rooms are very small. You can barely walk if you have luggage are very noisy. Whenever you step you can hear your step even from their rooms beside you.

Charming hotel with an excellent location, kind and friendly staff, great breakfast, spacious and clean room with comfy beds, coffee & tea machine in the room...shortly - loved everything about this place! Great value for money. Coming again for sure!

Staff is very kind, helpful to sort out problems, ,and friendly.
First night I didn't like the room I have been put in , because was front of the main street, so much noise through the night.
But thanks the staff I was moving to another room available.

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very fetching outside and in the entry area. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is right by a tram stop that serves 5-6 lines.
My room was very small and I was the only one in it. I can’t imagine two people sharing that space. There was no heating and there was only a fan for cooling.

Tight area in the bedroom with the fan and luggages by the side

The hotel is very well located in the Malá Strana neighborhood of Prague, just a short walk from major landmarks such as Charles Bridge. Perfect area to explore the city on foot. The breakfast was a plus, with different options.
The room was quite small and very hot, as there was no air conditioning. A fan was provided but it wasn’t enough. Additionally, the bed could use some maintenance for more comfort.

The location was excellent and the soundproofing was very good so even though you are in the middle of the exciting city, the rooms are very quiet. The Charles Bridge was literally five minutes away. And right outside is the tram stop that takes you up to Prague Castle. The included breakfast buffet had a larger selection of savory and lots of sweet items. Juices and coffee were available and free all day. The rooms have both a key card and also a code so if you lost your key you could still get into your room. Staff was multilingual and very helpful.
There did not seem to be any AC inside the rooms. The beds were a bit firmer than expected. Also the carpeting needs replacing. I saw the cleaning staff wet vacuum all carpeting but it still feels clammy.

Great location, can get around all the main attractions in a couple hours, very polite staff, great breakfasts

The breakfest hall and breakfest itself was pretty.
Unfortunately, there were bedbugs at the hotel. We realized it once we came back home and it was very unpleasent :(

Excellent location to explore old town. Very close to Charles bridge ( less than 10 mins walk) and can walk to astronomical clock and square. Tram stop is 1 min away. Staffs are very helpful. Breakfast has great choices for small hotel.
Room and shower is quite small although not unusual for oldtown European standard. Only one container of soap/shampoo combo in shower.
