Good
The location was excellent and made it very easy to explore Prague on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good, with a nice selection of tea and coffee. Overall, the hotel offered good value for our four-night stay.
Some aspects of the hotel felt fairly basic, particularly the facilities, and the overall experience was good rather than exceptional. There was nothing major wrong, but a few small improvements would make the stay more enjoyable.

Breakfast. Staff serving breakfast were nice. Reception were ok.
Lift is not at ground level, have to climb 20 (2 floors)steps to get to lift. No help and with such heavy bags it's highly inconvenient. And once you reach the floor then again you have to go up or get down 10 steps to reach your floor. There was no electricity in the room for 1 night, the staff is not available in night, one keep calling and messaging but responds comes after 15 minutes and says we cannot do anything. I could not sleep the whole night as i opened windows for some ventilation and there was so much sound of teams and vehicles all night. Extremely unhappy the way the manager handled the next day. Beside the room given to me was probably the worse one, no proper place to open a big bag. Room was so dark with one light ( a lamp no celing lights) in the room which does not cover certain areas of room. It's a depressing room overall.

The breakfast was good with plenty of options. It was included in the price. The inner decoration of the building was appealing.
The room was very small. There were hardly any place to put our suitcases. I did not feel comfortable inside the room. Also, there is no AC in the rooms, so I would not recommend a stay at this hotel while traveling in the summer season.

Location is great, just around the corner from the Charles bridge; great beer on the corner, great wine restaurant with a French owner on the other one; breakfast in this hotel is just fabulous (I stayed here several times)
They forgot to put the toilet desk up there on the toilet (via photo). Though, it was pretty clean!

Staff were so friendly and the breakfast was really yummy.
The bedroom the bed very hard, would like more pillows. Also not enough plugs to charge phones etc. Its a basic room

It’s conveniently located. The tram stop is only 30 seconds away. Plus free buffet-style break was so good!
The hotel is old but the staff did their best to compensate for its weaknesses.

Location is perfect, in an easy walking distance to everything you may want to see in Prague as a tourist, Breakfast was tasty with good options and the dining room delightfully kitchy, in blue. The staff were all pleasant. Our bed was excellent - a true double bed - not just two single beds pushed together, it was also very comfortable. I appreciated the online check-in in advance, although it was a bit onerous.
The room was quite small, it was a bit difficult to get around the bed but pleasant nevertheless.
