Wonderful
I am very impressed with this place. The persons at the reception were super friendly and nice. I reached earlier than the check in time and he let me have an early check in. One of the lights in my bathroom was not working and as soon as told him, he immediately changed it. Very good service. I also liked the breakfast. Being away from the city center, its free from the crowd and noise which I liked a lot. On the other hand, its right next to the tram stop. So one could easily get to the city center in less than 15 mins or so.
Nothing really to complain about. There are 80 stairs which you have to climb to get to the hotel from the tram station. For me it was fine, but may be for an unfit person it could be challenging.

Room was clean not quiet. Not far away from city center. Kind staff.
It was not a quiet room. Basically I couldn't sleep well there. Not good internet. Not satisfied with breakfast.

Staff was really nice and helped me book a taxi which I appreciated.
There were no facilities in the room eg kettle.
There was also a smell in the bathroom which wasn't nice.

Little choice for the breakfast. TV not working. Heating on with very summer temperatures. Very modest equipment of the rooms. Persistent odor in the bathroom. Loose bottom of the bed ...

Breakfasts was ok. There was an option to book a sauna for extra costs, sauna was very good!
Wifi didn't work at all. Size of the room was too small. Radiator was warming all the time an it was not possible to close it - even it was staying on 0, it was very hot. Pillows are very bad and uncomfortable

Good location, nice area.
Rooms were a bit messy. Carpets was dirty, furniture worn, both in the room and in the bathroom.
Fixed hairdryer was out of order (it sparkled), there was an other one, I do not understand why wasn't repleaced.
Bed linen and towels were clean.
Breakfast was very simple.
