The place was central and close to everything.
Except there was supposed to be a refrigerator in the room, everything was good.

That it was very close to public transport so it was good for that.
Everything really, staff seemed like when we asked for room service that they had to and not because we had paid, very rude did not care what we would of liked to ask for, when asked for a different room because there was a leak from the bathroom on arrival they said we will get someone out as we have no spare rooms, we were there for 4 days and no one had come out to have a look at the leak so we had a smelly room for 4 days but the hotel staff did not care, unfortunately I would not recommend to anyone, also when we had asked for clean towels as we were there for 4 days, we came back to the hotel with the exact same towels that had just been folded up as we knew they were the same as there was a stain in a certain place and it was still there.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and very thoughtful. Everything was top-class, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for the great experience — we will definitely come back again!

Room was nice and affordable. It had nice air-conditioning which made it easy to sleep during the summer time without opening the windows. Nice eating options nearby. Small tram ride to the main attractions.
The breakfast needs to have more variety of options. A bit of uphill walk from the tram station to the hotel, so not easy if you are dragging baby stroller. The room bathroom didn't have soap, shampoo but were provided on request. Loud tram noise (every 3-5min) if you open the window during the evening.

Room and work comfortable.
The elevator does not go to the basement level where the breakfast room is.
