Pleasant
It is generally good value. The zone is very well connected by public transport, there are restaurants and cafes in the area, supermarkets and pharmacies. It is within walking distance to the bus and train stations.The check-in was straightforward and easy even though we arrived outside of the reception hours. The staff communicated fluidly with us before arriving and gave us all the information we needed, and also accommodated our requests there.
Even though the room was generally clean, there were some signs of the need for deeper cleaning, we noticed mold on the shower and a dirty mini fridge. The shower head did not stay on, and the AC was not available to use. This made the room a bit too cold or too warm at times. We also only got the room cleaned once in the four days we stayed, but got fresh towels very fast when we asked.

Location is good.
Horrible place. Do not book it.
The staff does not explain things professionally. The rooms are old and have no soundproofing at all. My shower was broken, and the coffee machine was leaking. I asked to change rooms, but there was no response.
The parking is located 2 km away from the hotel, which was not explained in advance.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It looks fresh and modern and has everything you need. The location is excellent. It is right in the center of Vienna, about a 1 minute walk to Stephansplatz and 2 minutes to the metro. Restaurants, museums, and major sights are all within a 25 min walk, which made it easy to enjoy the city and its architecture. Customer support was great as well, very responsive and helpful with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was nice and affordable. It had nice air-conditioning which made it easy to sleep during the summer time without opening the windows. Nice eating options nearby. Small tram ride to the main attractions.
The breakfast needs to have more variety of options. A bit of uphill walk from the tram station to the hotel, so not easy if you are dragging baby stroller. The room bathroom didn't have soap, shampoo but were provided on request. Loud tram noise (every 3-5min) if you open the window during the evening.

Not a normal hotel, reception does not work 24/7. Mold in the icky shower and not super clean.
Not a nice facilty overall.
Location is solid, close to tram, some fast foods/restaurants and supermarkets.

Staff was helpful.
Very poor experience, I feel I was cheated. On Booking I filtered by hotels with parking. The hotel did not have parking. They had me park at another hotel (EA Populus) of the same chain, and bring me back by taxi. This took me an hour to arrange (drive and wait for the taxi), both upon arrival and departure, and a lot of hassle with luggage and I temporarily had to park right outside the hotel risking a fine. Very poor experience when you are already tired from traveling. Don't say there's parking when there is no parking RIGHT AT the hotel.
