The room was spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. It felt quiet and safe, and the bathroom was spotless with excellent water pressure. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious every morning.
The only small note is that it’s about a 7-minute walk to the Old Town, but it’s an easy and pleasant walk. Overall, a wonderful stay and great value for the location.

I like everything. Cleanliness, the comfort, the location, the food during breakfast and the bar at night. The bonus part is the daily complimentary drinks in the fridge. Relaxing to go home for a tring day. Definitely a place to recommend and go back for when in Prague.

The facilities, rooms, location and staff were all great. Room size and accommodations were all you could ask for.
The ventilation system was not working properly and the rooms were very warm at night

The staff was very nice and ready to help. They even managed to help me with my early checkin. I only stayed for a night so I don't have a lot to add about the hotel...but everything went smoothly, the bedroom was nice and comfortable and the location is also very good.

Klara, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff was smiling and greeting as well. Location was good.
Parking too expensive for hotel guests. 35 € per night. Rooms too small. Not for a 4 star hotel. Just 1 chair to sit on in the room other than the bed.

The staff was extremely professional and kind. We liked the parking possibility. The location was perfect, very central but calm. The bathroom was very nice, the bed was comfortable.
