The hotel was very central. I didn't book breakfast as I find they are often very poor in hotels, but on the last day, we did have breakfast, and I was very surprised it was excellent. Loads of options . Well presented and very fresh. .
The hotel provides free water, soft drinks and snacks in the room, which was a lovely touch.

The staff is absolutely amazing! Helpful, super polite and warm. There is not a single staff member that was not exceedingly accommodating! Well done! I have stayed in other brand hotels - they are not a match to your staff!
Love the free minibar idea.
Love the rooms.
Maybe a little new polishing on the furniture would be good - but it’s not a deal breaker.
