We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and very well located, but what truly made our experience special was the kindness of the staff.
A special thank you to Denisa at breakfast, who was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She went out of her way to make sure I had gluten-free bread and other suitable options, which I really appreciated.
The lady who helped us with check-out was also absolutely lovely. When we mentioned that our flight was later in the day, she kindly invited us to stay and relax in the lobby or on the terrace, and they even brought us coffee while we waited. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for until the very end of our stay.
Everyone was warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. It’s these little touches that make a hotel truly memorable. We loved our stay so much that we’re already planning to come back for Christmas!
Highly recommended, and we look forward to seeing you again very soon!
