Excellent location. Friendly staff.
Booked a trip with my son but we were put in separate parts of the hotel. One morning I had no water at all and had to go out without washing or brushing my teeth. The bathroom radiator didnt work.

Excellent location. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Quaint courtyard and good quality breakfast.
Bathroom has a freestanding bathtub with handheld
shower head and no hook so its hard to take a decent shower.
Rooms could use some upgrades.

Wonderful
Lovely spacious room (we had superior twin overlooking the courtyard on first floor), lots of character, very quiet at night, nice and warm. Great location really close to the old town square.
Only reason I havent given it 10/10 is lack of kettle/tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and no walk in shower (although actually quite enjoyed having baths while we were there!). Staff could have been more helpful with restaurant recommendations as so much choice around there, it can be overwhelming trying to work out where to go!

Convenient location to old town. Walking to everything. Even walking back from the castle!
The beds were very uncomfortable.

Wonderful
This hotel is perfectly located for exploring and being in the heart of old Town. The staff were very hospitable and helpful in all regards. The breakfast is lovely. It consisted of both continental (yogurt, fruit, pastries, etc) to a hot selection as well (bacon, eggs, sausage, etc). Our room was unbelievably large. So spacious and comfortable. The shower was great in that it had good water pressure. There is no elevator in this hotel, but I found climbing the stairs (not that many really and we were on the top floor) like a walk back in time. Looks to be original wood stairs that with every creek it told
you a story of this historic hotel. Some advice for those who book. We came at night and had trouble locating the hotel. Note that the signage is posted, but you have to look for it. It's engraved on a glass panel and hung about eye level just outside the entryway on the exterior wall. We were looking for something large and it was dark so it's easy to miss. We would stay here again without hesitation. A lovely place!
It's hard to fault the hotel in this regard, but occasionally, you could hear the loud drunks in the middle of the night. (from room 9).

I had an absolutely wonderful room, one of the most luxurious ones I've ever been in. Incredibly spacious, tastefully decorated, and with a great view. The hotel is in an amazing position, very central. I would happily stay again.
Almost inevitably, since the hotel position is so central, given that my room overlooked the street, it was sometimes noisy during the night because of people in the street being noisy.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The local was in the heart of the old town. It meant that everything was within walking distance. The hotel room felt more like an apartment and the bathtub was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were amiable and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here and I have no doubt I'll be back again.
Nothing. Everything was fantastic.

Wonderful
A beautiful inner-city hotel in a building from the 1300s, with all the comforts of the 21st century and the beauty of old-fashioned furniture, lamps and doors. The reception is located in the caf, which is more like a patisserie with excellent cake. There is a door leading out the back, a typical Prague passage through the building, connecting Celetn Street (Zeltnerstrae, where Franz Kafka lived in his young age) and tupartsk Street.

Area was fantastic seating area down stairs was lovely
The mattress wasn't good , the shower went hot and cold and there was ants on our floor
We didn't pay very much so cudnt expect 5 stars but it's a waste of an hotel in such a good area , this hotel has the potential too be Soo good with a small investment
