Friendly staff, good breakfast and location is right in the middle of old town.
There is no shower. Only a bath, but without a wall bracket to attach the shower head to. Extremely inconvenient.

Great location, a quirky but traditional property with friendly staff. Our superior room was huge with comfy beds.
Nice spa bath but we personally would have preferred a shower. The bath towels were a bit worn and shabby. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be a good addition.

Location, only positive thing about the place.
Booked 2 rooms exactly same spec. Was provided 2 completely different rooms (one was new/clean with double bed) other was old, cold and filthy. No tv in use (no signal) and no WiFi at all with 2 single beds. Used condom found under bedside table

Great location.
Beautiful building but is in need of some upgrade. The rooms could be cleaner, very basic and need some decoration and maintenance. No telephone in the room, no tea / coffee making facilities, tv also did not work. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again and wouldn’t recommend it, I think there are better places in Prague even at this budget price.
The bed was very hard, pillows poor but the room was warm.

The bar was nice and the location
Room was not clean, there was open battle of water and stains from soap all over bathroom. Only thing there was clean sheets, and floor was dirty too

A nice hotel in a fantastic location. Staff lovely and good breakfast.
The rooms were very basic for the price, lacked a kettle and powerpoints didn't work so hard to charge phones etc. Toilet broken/leaked. Didn't seem like a 4 star hotel even though we had a spa I would have traded it for a decent shower.
