that was our best and warm accomodation in Prague. We were welcomed by the reception (very accomodating and friendly)with Prosecco and a smile. Clean room and very central

We loved the location! There was lots of space in the room and places to sit.
There was no air conditioning nor could they find a fan. The clerk was next door when we arrived having a beer at the pub!!! He soon changed his clothes out of a suit to a tee-shirt with a logo on it. It was a hot day. On our departure at 5am....a night clerk had locked the premises door and then couldn't find the key!!! So we were locked in ! With the clerk running around trying to find the keys with no luck...and the cab driver yelling that we would miss our train....there was no spare front door key to be found! No kidding!!! Seriously, no spare key! His solution , picture this, was to get a step stool so we could CLIMB OUT THE WINDOW to the front street!!!! .. I am almost 80 years old . My 60 year old daughter and I were clawing our way out the window hauling luggage before us!! The only thing better would have been to have a picture of the chaotic escape to avoid paying our bill!! If only I had a picture to post !!!

We booked the hotel from the app Booking.com, we got an email with confirmation and the address to the hotel. When we arrived at the address we got in the confirmation email the hotel which had been there had been closed for more than a year.
We wrote and phoned to Booking.com without any luck or help. We were there around 23.00 and had to find another place to stay for the night. Never mind our Visa Cards were deducted for the room in a hotel which had been closed for more than a year. Extremely bad experience.

Hotel is renovated in a romantic style, painted ceilings , I though is the only one as this but I found another one close to the river. Room big enough for 2 , we had double bed but made from 2 twin beds. If you are taller then 185cm I would say is a little short. We didnt use TV or fridge but is there. Bathroom is big ( we used 2 rooms 401 and 305) well equipped , including bidet. Shower is well sized . Breakfast: personnel very nice , there are salty and sweet choices. Coffee and juices are ok, no boiled eggs only scrambled. Location: few minutes away from Prague castle, on the hill , noisy on one side ( here are some construction work, that is why we changed the room). Nearby we found a store where we could buy water or other things if you need.
There are not so many vegan choices on breakfast ( I found soy milk for cereals, fruits , some spread, packed jam (which is not the best choice) and in 2 days some green beans ) and personnel is overwhelmed if many people come in the same time . Same girls is cooking and serving . Sometimes there are no places in the small breakfast area. Pillows in my opinion are too big and the bed was a little hard for me ( I use back home a hard one ) but here I think is not with foam.

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very beautiful and in a great location. Totally loved the decorations, furniture and room layout. I highly recommend it. The personnel was very courteous, helpful and kind. The breakfast was very good, too, and saved us lots of time.

The hotel had a lot of character and charm and was clean and mostly comfortable, except that our room did not have air conditioning, and the temperature was near 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The location was great, close to Prague Castle--short walking distance. The person at the front desk was very nice. The price was good. Overall it was a good experience.
Our room was not air conditioned. The shower was small. I kept bumping into the knobs and inadvertently changing the water temperature.

The interior design was marvelous! It felt like sleeping in the real castle
Lack of the air conditioner. It got really hot during the night. Opening the windows was an option but there was this very annoying sound outside so at the end in came down to either sleeping in hot room or listening to these annoying buzzing sounds outside. Shower could be bigger.

Very calm. Very friendly personnel. Wonderful historical building. Bidet in the bathroom which is a wonderful refreshment for your feet after city sightseeing. I would come back and recommend it to a friend.
I missed a bathtube.

Wonderful
Excellent location in the historic neighbourhood of Mal Strana. Large room, stylishly furnished and a well-equipped bathroom. Very quiet location.
The room did not receive much natural light, yet there was no way of closing the curtains fully. As a person very sensitive to natural light, I found myself waking up very early, since the room was East-facing and the sun rose quite early. This was quite convenient for avoiding the crowds in Mal Strana though! There were not many sockets in the room and their positioning was awkward for charging the mobile phone. Also, there was no obvious way to plug in the laptop while working at the table.

Beautifully decorated! The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My mom and I really enjoyed my birthday trip staying at this hotel! Best hotel we stayed in during our trip.
Not a lot of plugins in the room and a bit hot at night.
