Location is great, very close to Prague Castle and walking distances to the other main touristic objectives.
The room was nice and big, staff was very helpful.

Very cosy room, idyllic atmosphere.
Very helpful staff, although not able to sort the problems put.
Poor breakfast. Very small breakfast room; few tables, randomly occupied by unpolite guests who spend the whole morning there. At weekends you must cue for more than 20 minutes to ger your breakfast and barely get what’s left from other guest. We suggest that staff organise a better planning . All guests might need to save their time for orher activites.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was tidy and spacious, with great beds.
And surprisingly quiet, perfect to sleep after the whole day of sightseeing.
And got really great breakfast, too.

Uniquely furnished and decorated hotel with a small number of rooms. You often felt like you had the place to yourself! Exceptionally clean with helpful and friendly staff. Situated in a quieter part of town but close to Prague Castle and within short walking distance of everything elae Prague has to offer.

Building is very beautiful. Medieval vibe. Big room.
Good breakfast with lot of choices. 24h reception.
Just below the castle.
I had a room with a bath/shower. Bath is really deep. Its quite a step to get out. Would need a non slip bath rug. Otherwise nothing. Everything was nice.
