I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
The main issue was that many basic amenities expected from a 4-star hotel were missing, and overall the facilities were far below the standard.
For example:
• There was no proper bottled water provided; instead, a refillable bottle was placed in the room.
• No slippers were available.
• No tissue box was provided in the room.
• The room had an unpleasant smell of smoke.
• The breakfast was very basic and far below 4-star standards.
Overall, the room and facilities did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel at all.
Furthermore, the rating of 9 on Booking.com is very misleading. Based on my experience, this score does not reflect the actual quality of the hotel, and future guests should not rely on it.
I do not recommend this hotel and believe it does not deserve its current rating.
