The breakfast was as advertised - fabulous! The room was warm and cozy and very quiet; in my hectic two-day visit this place was like a haven away from the noise of the center. The young lady at the reception was friendly, polite and helpful and made me feel welcome.
It's 20-25 minutes away from the center - which is rather irrelevant if you have a car, but costly if you mean to travel by taxi.
On the other hand, the public transportation in Prague is FAN-TA-STIC! Get a 72-hour ticket and rock on!

Very nice hotel, great staff, awesome breakfast. Rooms were clean and quiet. safe parking lot close by and included in the price.
carpets a bit old and the bed was a bit soft from our perspective, but no big deal. No power to the electric outlets as soon as you leave the room and take the key card with you. So no charging of phone or other devices during breakfast or other times of absence.
Albeit a comfortable service, fresh towels every day regardless of them lying on the floor or hanging on their regular hanger seems a bit wasteful nowadays.
All in all no real complaints, just some possibilities for improvement.

The room was comfortable and spacious, and it was cleaned very well every day. The staff were very helpful and always willing to assist. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend!

Great location and very friendly staff. Parking provided without any problem in a nearby lot. Everything nicely cleaned and ready.

Comfortable hotel on a quiet street. Good location - tram stop to the Old Town within 5 minutes walk.

We really liked everything in this hotel. The staff was extremely kind, helped us a lot with information about the city and travelling. We got a free upgrade (bigger room) and a lot of presents (a bottle of wine, sweeties etc). The breakfast is excellent. We could reach the tram station in five minutes. We highly recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast, limited chooses for coffee though.
The receptionist was very kind, and provided some gifts as well, such a magnet and discount card for my next stay!!
Every morning at the breakfast time the ladies in kitchen were very loud, even though we were seating in the breakfast room.

Friendly an helpful staff who were always ready to answer your questions. Breakfast was a good variety and there was a relaxed atmosphere in the dining room. Hotel is nearby to tram stops so you can get into the centre very easily. Rooms were big and clean. We got lots of complimentary items when we checked in!
The shower was over a bath and it was not designed as a stand up shower (no shower curtain or hook on the wall). You could hear a little bit of noise from
people walking in the room above.

while not located in some of the most attractive locations in Prague, it has all you need for few nights and good public transportation to the city center
the room we had was quite large (though from the floor plan we could see not all the rooms were that big) and spacious
great selection for breakfast buffet
