Breakfast was good but good have had more variety. Rooms were cleaned very well except the last 2 days we were there which was the 1 st and 2 nd of January, cleaning was not done and offered very late at night? Staff were friendly and informative. Saska paid for the taxi for us to the airport because whom ever the hotel booked was late. Quiet neighbourhood and authentic feel. Good restuarant recommendation down the road - Trezor. Thank you for the wine and treats.The mulled wine in reception also a nice treat.
Breakfast was average, not much variety. Smoking seems to be allowed as the guests in the room close to us were obvioulsy smoking and the whole hotel on our floor smelled like smoke.

One of the best hotel experience that I ever had. Super friendly staff, a delicious breakfast and very clean and comfy. I can't imagine to stay somewhere else in Prage next time.

The hotel is wonderful. The staff are polite. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a large selection of dishes for breakfast. We liked everything very much. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. There was a restaurant nearby where you could have dinner and drink fresh beer. We will definitely come back again.

Breakfast was great, as well as the ambiance of the hotel in general. It was very easy to get to the Prague city center using public transportation. It is a quiet neighborhood, so you can actually get some rest.
The rooms could use renovating. Also, pillows are too big, it made sleeping quite uncomfortable. We also filed a complaint about our TV not working, we were told a technician would come in the morning, but nothing happened. Parking is a bit far from the hotel (although it is easy to get to it) - and also very dark, with the gate not closing.

The front desk agents were very kind and helpful with proactive assistance what make our stay in Prague more comfortable and memorable. Location of the hotel is very good as it offers excellent access to public transport like buses and trams with few station to the centrum and Charles bridge. Higly recommended stay.
