Everything was amazing even had a free upgrade and complementary drink soon as we arrived, everyone at the hotel was lovely and polite
My only negative would be variety at breakfast for the English but managed to find something and hot side wasn’t hot but we managed

For the price, it's a good location. Trams are just 5 minutes from the hotel, taking you to the center of Prague in no time. Breakfast is excellent. Beds are comfortable. Small bonuses are included. Reception is open 24 hours a day. Good English is spoken.
There's a shortage of air fresheners in bathrooms. The shower gels are a tiny sample.

Everything was amazing, my husband and I were comfortable, the hygiene in the room perfect and the Staff really good and amazing with the clients. I really recommend this hotel. Breakfast amazing too, location perfect.

Staff were friendly from the first moment and the place is a “classic Czech looking hotel” which is totally part of the experience of visiting Prague. The room was really clean and spacious, so for us travelling with a baby, this was very important. Breakfast is delicious and parking is just 5 min away, so pretty convenient.
Location could be a bit closer to the center of the city but is really easy to get there by public transport (20 min).
