For the price, it's a good location. Trams are just 5 minutes from the hotel, taking you to the center of Prague in no time. Breakfast is excellent. Beds are comfortable. Small bonuses are included. Reception is open 24 hours a day. Good English is spoken.
There's a shortage of air fresheners in bathrooms. The shower gels are a tiny sample.

The hotel is well-located relative to the city center, with easy access to buses, trams, and the metro. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful, and the breakfast and Wi-Fi services are also good.

Everything was amazing, my husband and I were comfortable, the hygiene in the room perfect and the Staff really good and amazing with the clients. I really recommend this hotel. Breakfast amazing too, location perfect.

Staff were friendly from the first moment and the place is a “classic Czech looking hotel” which is totally part of the experience of visiting Prague. The room was really clean and spacious, so for us travelling with a baby, this was very important. Breakfast is delicious and parking is just 5 min away, so pretty convenient.
Location could be a bit closer to the center of the city but is really easy to get there by public transport (20 min).

Lovely staff and good location close to a great restaurant nearby and only 5-10 minutes walk to the tram. The breakfast was pretty good apart from some stale cake. The prices were reasonable as well.
No AC so it could get quite hot, but there was a big fan you could turn in the room.
The pillow on the bed was extremely big and uncomfortable giving quite the neck pain. The sofa and the carpet felt a bit dirty but maybe that was due to the room having outdated furniture. There was a lack of electrical outlets so you have to plug out lamps etc if you want to charge your phone. It was quite noisy from the room above probably due to the old construction of the building (kids jumping around so you can't be too mad). At the end of the stay the receptionist wanted us to give a 10 star review on booking which is probably why there are so many 10 star reviews. Since the staff is so nice I can see why people want to please them, but you have to be honest as well. After staying some nights in Berlin and then coming here I received quite the schock and downgrade in quality. Still, if you are ok with the above, the hotel is still acceptable in my opinion.
