Absolutely excellent location, it took us literally under 10 mins to get to the main railway station. I found the beds very comfy and an extra tick for the a/c!
The room smelled like a smoking room, which was not cool, coupled with old furniture. Tiny little bathtub with no possibility to have a shower head above you without holding it. But the mirror was great.

Good value for money
Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. While it’s clear that the place could use some renovation, everything was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the room was quiet. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning worked well, and the location is excellent — close to everything.
Disappointing experience despite good location
I stayed at the hotel with my friend, who is lactose intolerant. Unfortunately, there was no lactose-free milk available at breakfast — quite surprising for a 4-star hotel. We asked a woman who was clearing the dishes, and when she heard us speaking Russian (we live in Finland but speak Russian between ourselves), she reacted very rudely and told us to "go back to Russia." This was extremely unpleasant and inappropriate.
My friend reported the incident to the reception, but no one apologized or followed up. The request for lactose-free milk was also ignored. This left a very negative impression, despite the otherwise good location and reasonable comfort.

Everything is perfect, location, price, room accommodation, staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning the room daily. SAFE.
No cold water machine for customers as the weather is not so good during our vacation.

Spacious room and the comfortable bed.
The room wasn’t very clean – there were nails on the floor, a dirty shower, and a lot of dust. The man at the reception made me feel like I was bothering him when I tried to discuss some issues. He lacked basic courtesy – saying please and thank you should be standard when working at reception.

nothing really. only location is ok.
The room was very dirty also we got stuck in the lift and nobody came to help us, luckily the lift decided to open up after but during the time we were in shock but nobody came to help us and when we reported the incident the staff tried to say that they never heard us ringing the alarm and that the lift was working perfectly fine. However when our friend mentioned the incident to the receptionist she said that yes they heard the incident but when we asked they acted like they never heard anything. long story short stay away from this hotel there in no safety measures in place.

The hotel is very well situated and provided us with access to trains and trams that could get us to more touristy sights in the city. The daily breakfast was nice as well.
Nothing that I didn't like but more so improvements. The reception was dim and could have been more enticing. The minibar in our room was very dated and struggled to keep our drinks cool.

Superb location with tram stop and metro right behind the corner. Quiet neighborhood, soundproofing was great. Very good price

Centre of town, right by the metros.
Closed court yard so you couldnt really open the curtains. a complementary bottle that needed a bottle opener. The showers are just extensions. The furniture was old, but clean. No milk.

Rooms facing the Street are really noisy even on the fifth floor.
No curtains to block the sunlight.
