Wonderful
Very nice, clean, spacious room, with a huge bed. Location is central (4 minutes to tram station) and around 30 minutes walking to the old town.
Communication via whatsapp very clear but personally I would have loved an onsite reception.
There was no cleaning service in our room during our stay (4 nights).

What I liked
Excellent location in Prague
Modern, well-designed room overall
Breakfast café is very good and flexible (served all day) — credit to the café staff
Check-in system itself works fine
This 1-star rating and all “BAD” points below are given deliberately to ensure visibility of this review by Numa management and future travelers. The stay itself was mixed, but the process and post-stay handling were unacceptable.
Last-minute room downgrade:
Booked an Extra Large room 3 weeks in advance with full prepayment. Less than 24 hours before arrival, Numa informed us that the room was “not available” and offered only a downgrade. Of course, there were no other similar options in Prague available already with such a short notice at reasonable price.
Basement room (-1 floor):
The replacement room (002) is in the basement with a tiny window.
Ventilation / temperature issue:
The room has multiple ventilation/AC vents that run constantly and cannot be switched off. Even with heating set to maximum, the room remains uncomfortable at night.
Neighbours in the adjacent room complained about the same issue, which matches other reviews for this exact unit.
Refund handling:
A 20% refund was explicitly agreed in writing before we accepted the downgrade.
What followed:
Partial refund only (~15%)
Weeks of chasing between Numa and Booking.com
Final explanation that “breakfast is excluded” from the refund — this was never disclosed when the 20% was agreed
This creates a strong bait-and-switch impression: sell higher-category rooms, downgrade last minute to a known problematic unit, then complicate the refund process.

Huge room, very clean, bathroom is large as well. I enjoyed the complimentary ear plugs, a nice touch. The only thing I would suggest is a full body mirror in the closet or in the room somewhere. There was only one mirror in the bathroom.

Disappointing
Fully digital check-in and out. Location is very good, but it’s quite noisy in the night. I slept with earplugs and it was little bit better.
Last two days warm water didn’t flow. The floor is cracking like somebody was walking in front of the bed during all evening.

It was clean and well located. Furniture is modern and well maintained. In general, property was good.
Customer service was disastrous. I think it was my worst experience ever.
1. Misleading pictures: They gave me a dark room in the basement (with small windows), eventhough pictures are displayed as bright rooms.
2. Experience: When I ask to change they told no room available, but they will offer me a discount next time I book with them (not solving the problem). Then I ask to cancel the booking and I go to booking.com to look for alternative hotel, I see the property has rooms available... I show screenshot and ... at that point they told me that had just found a room available. So I changed room.
3. Last day I ask for late check out: they say "unfortunately this time" we have no late check out options. However, I checked booking.com and 6 rooms available... I give up, it seems all is BS
4. When doing the chek out, I need to keep my luggage. They have a closet but all lockers are taken. I try again to reach, and after spending more than one hour, they tell me: "sorry, lockers are subject to availability" please check this other provider if you find any lockers in the city, good luck.

The breakfast is a bit too light, and I would have liked to have a dessert option along with the main dish. This breakfast was not sufficient, especially for men.

Very comfortable, well designed, well situated and spacious apartment
- Asked not to be on the ground floor. Ended up in a basement room… It was fine, but not optimal.
- The apartment gets quite cold due to the ventilation system, and it’s impossible to control it…

Very Good
The room space, incredibly comfortable bed, cleanliness, bathroom and overall comfort were some of the best that me and my girlfriend experience. The support, hassle free entrance and remote check in are great. Numa supply with coffee pods, tea and adequate kitchen utensils. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with soap, shampoo, lotion and conditioner in bottles.
The location is 15 min. walking distance to Vltava and the part of the river with boat restaurants and bars, 25 min. to the absolute city center. The area is rather quiet with options for dining and bars. Some small shops that work till relatively are also available.
Be aware when booking Large Studio with Kitchenette that it is an almost entirely underground and there is small covered windows so there is almost no natural light in the room. It would be not a big problem, if Numa properly communicated that fact when booking that room. They kind of misleading are showing a brightly lit room, but that it is not the case.
Also for 4 days, there was not a single cleaning of the room, which for the quality of the property is not good. Lastly the lack of reception service enable people to be inconsiderate to the other guests, the room next to ours were incredibly loud, to the point of maliciousness when asked to be more quiet.

A wonderful place to stay! The room was very spacious and impeccably clean. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The location is great — close to the city center and the metro. The price was pleasantly surprising — the quality far exceeds expectations for that cost. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again!
